Everything was wonderful. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was easy to travel to beaches, zoo, etc. And check in and out was seamless. Great place!

Spacious upscale home with excellent open concept design - stunning kitchen, beautiful living room & dining room. Large rooftop with beautiful views of Mission Bay. Convenient location, we explored La Jolla, Balboa Park, Old Town, USS Midway & Sea World - all within a quick drive. Wall speakers made for festive holiday music throughout the house. The master suite is absolutely wonderful. Very clear instructions and Ariel is a highly responsive host. Check out JV's Tacos, Steamy Piggy, Point Loma Seafood. Our party of 8 including young children absolutely loved our Christmas stay.

Our stay at The Tuscan Sands Home in San Diego was outstanding. The property is beautifully appointed and very upscale; it is welcoming and comfortable with beautiful décor throughout. The spacious three-story house has all the amenities you could ask for. The spacious open concept living and dining area was great for our group of six. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring San Diego. The scenic roof top deck had stunning panoramic views of the bay and amazing sunsets. The location was 10 minutes from everything. We enjoyed Mission Beach, The Pacific Beach, La Jolla and visited the zoo and USS Midway Museum. Area dining was excellent. Ariel’s customer service and quick response times were unmatched.

beautiful spot, perfect for what our group needed. loved the space and the rooftop patio. the view was GORGEOUS and the house was pretty central to a lot of places we wanted to go. check out the Steamy Piggy, JV's Tacos and Morning Glory/Little Italy in general.

A very spacious space! Everyone on our trip enjoyed the stay here. The roof space was awesome! Loved the wall speakers and how convenient it was to just connect to and play music all through the home! It was relatively all clean around the house (minus the floors around the kitchen where it was left alittle sticky in some areas upon checking in). There were plenty of clean towels and toilet papers, etc. Overall, had a really positive time here!!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. The house itself has great bones. The interior home has a very solid feeling, including the door locks, fixtures, furniture and other appliances. The rooms are bright and airy. The artwork, ceramics and sculptures are all first rate. Overall, the accommodations were spectacular! Our host, Arielle, was very responsive and accommodating to our special needs.

Peaceful neighborhood with attractions, shopping and dining nearby. Every bit as spacious and accommodating as advertised. Very clean. Outstanding views from rooftop deck. Clear instructions on using amenities and everything worked. Bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room essentials all there. In short, very enjoyable stay for our group, great experience with zero disappointments.

She was super communicative if we needed anything, also had the pleasure of checking in a couple minutes early. The home was in a great area and we highly recommend!

Perfect setup for our family.

Ariel has thought of everything from top to bottom. We truly felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The sound system with speakers in every room to the heated toilet seat. The rooftop is amazing 360 degree views. Griddle in the kitchen I made breakfast for my family every morning. I’d like to finish by saying the house and host were a perfect combination of top of the line class and comfort for anyone.

We loved our stay! The location is great! We were 10 minutes to downtown and about 15 minutes to La Jolla with traffic! The house was beautiful and clean and had plenty of space! Ariel was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Ariel’s place was just what we needed for our group. Everyone had their own space and lots of room to all be together too.

This place is beautiful. I hosted a family vacation and everyone thought the place was astounding. It is centrally located so basically everything you would want to do is within 15mins.

Ariel was wonderful. Always available, immediate response and to our complete satisfaction. We asked to extend the check-out time due to a delayed flight and she agreed immediately. She is truly nice. The house is very spacious, large rooms, a nice little yard. The master suite is luxurious, I just have to mention that there is no door to the shower but a curtain - not something that bothered us. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant to walk through.

This spacious home was perfect for hosting an intimate retreat I had for a handful of my clients. Several outdoor spaces made it easy for people to get space when they needed it. Comfortable communal space made it easy for us to gather together. Everyone raved about how well they slept and how comfortable their beds were. We'd definitely consider returning!

This is a beautiful property. You’ll be just as pleased in person as you think you’ll be by looking at the pictures. Likely, more! There’s a wonderful bidet in the master bath, blankets for cuddling EVERYWHERE! Games, crockpot and rice cooker, beverage cooler, and for us the cherry on top was the large walk in closet in the master bedroom! It was the absolute PERFECT in room nursery for us! It fits a full-size baby crib with tons of room to spare and With the sound machine on and the door slightly ajar with a small fan, it was absolute darkness perfection for our east coast baby to go to sleep at 5pst! The host is so kind and responsive, honestly this property and the host were a complete Godsend to us in a difficult time. A million thank yous!

Loved this place! It was spacious and very comfortable. We played games, cooked in the beautiful kitchen, ate around the large dining table, and enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor sitting areas. Ariel was responsive from the start of our visit to the end. She was prompt and very helpful. I look forward to having another opportunity to stay at this home.

Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des extérieurs car nous sommes restés que 2 jours mais ils étaient magnifiques. La maison est très bien située, c'est très pratique pour visiter. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Enfin Ariel a été préoactif et nous proposait toujours chez services. Super séjour !

This house was beautiful. Plenty of room for our group. The master suite was luxurious. The backyard was very tranquil. The kitchen was huge perfect for what we needed. The rooftop deck was a cherry on the top. The property manager was quick on any needs and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here! 💕

Incredible house, we stayed for 6 nights and the host is very friendly, quick to respond and solve our issues. Kitchen is gorgeous and the house has plenty of space if you need extra shower and rooms. Very convenient location to everything in San Diego, we will come back again. Also very quiet if you need to sleep well at night. Overall it’s an amazing experience.

Beautiful and large home that's great for a large family or a group vacation! The home is centrally located in the San Diego area, with most attractions and beaches a short drive away. Incredible views from the roof top deck! Ariel and the other hosts were very responsive to all of my questions, and made check-in and check-out very easy. The home is upscale with beautiful finishes throughout. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large and luxurious. The other bedrooms are plenty big, and the bedding was comfortable for everyone in my group. This house is great for entertaining, and has multiple outside areas. I highly recommend this house, and will definitely look to stay here again!
