The space is so comfortable. Location is amazing and it is very nice to have a dedicated parking space in that neighborhood. You do hear the planes but not enough to keep you from sleeping well.

We had a great time at the Airbnb, the flight noise was a bit disturbing during the day but none of us had trouble through the night because of it. The backyard was amazingg and had beautiful sunsets! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family great place. The couch was big the kitchen was open and big and the 2 bathrooms were done nicely beds were also comfortable Thank you

We loved our stay! It was filled with lots of memories and good times. Everyone had their own rooms and the views were perfect. Just a walk down the street to little italy made this air bnb worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

This place looks small but it is very spacious! The place is clean and cozy with access to a back patio from 2 rooms. It is a few minutes walk from Little Italy and a 10 min drive to Gaslamp. There is an airport nearby so you do hear the planes outside but not very loud inside. Thank you, Ariel for hosting my family at your beautiful house and being very responsive!

A estadia na acomodação foi excelente! Eu e minha família gostamos muito da casa, pois era muito aconchegante. O local estava limpo, organizado e também a decoração era muito bonita. Na cozinha tinha café disponível, chás, o que foi ótimo durante o tempo que permanecemos. A localização é ótima, pois fica próximo a diversos pontos turísticos e também ao lado do little Italy. Recomendamos muito a estadia de Ariel.

Very cute clean house. The airplane traffic is just very noisy. But the house itself was perfect.

The place was great for my weekend stay. I am so appreciative of how responsive Ariel. I’m glad that the airplane noise was noted in the description, however it wasn’t too bad and didn’t disrupt me or my friends’ sleep at all. Overall, a very comfortable stay and conveniently located for anybody who likes to check out breweries or walk to nearby neighborhoods.

Ariel’s home was a great for the 8 guests. We never felt like the house was overcrowded at any point. It’s a little bit up the hill, but it is a short walk to Little Italy. The AC works great too which is a plus! Thank you!

Very responsive host. Great location to walk to restaurants in little Italy. The planes were quite loud at all hours so if you’re a light sleeper, may not be the best location for you. All in all, cute little Airbnb. Thanks for a great stay.

The location, amenities (especially the items available for families with small kids), responsiveness from the host, and general layout were amazing. The stay for us ended up being a mixed bag due to some appliance issues. It’s hard to predict when a dishwasher will break or the hot water will go out and unfortunately both disrupted our stay, but the host was incredibly communicative and worked diligently to resolve. As was mentioned in the profile the house is located directly in the flight path of the airport and though it was louder than expected it did become less noticeable and ended up being a fun activity watching the planes come in

Very responsive, helped me out with all my inquiries and amazing place felt very homey. We all loved the sight of watching the airplanes go down. The street parking was helpful because there were plenty of spaces around to park.

everything went great. a/c worked great in the afternoon in August when it was needed. host was responsive and made great reservations. master bedroom was great, with an awesome bathroom

Ariel's home felt like walking into a perfectly curated home of a friend by the sea. The house had so much character and personality without being cluttered or busy. The ivy covered facade, the lovely light fixtures, and the mediterranean decor put us immediately at ease. I was struck by how commodious yet compact the space was. Seemed like around the bend of every hallway, there was another spacious room with a queen sized bed. Everything we needed was at hand: a laundry machine, clean linens and blankets, a well-stocked kitchen. It was the perfect stay. I'm particularly grateful at how flexible Ariel was. We easily extended our stay an extra day, and we were able to access the space at a convenient time for all parties. I was very grateful.

Awesome house, location, and host. We were extremely impressed all the way around. Responsive and accommodating host, easy check-in, great instructions and tips, turnkey experience. House was super clean, comfortable, spacious - as advertised. Planes fly low over the neighborhood but as a group of engineers we thought it was cool. Quick easy walk to good restaurants. Highly recommend- first rate experience.

All good , excellent price and location. Only small issue not having hot water on arrival. Ease solved the morning after by rebooting the heater.

La casa tiene una superficie ubicación, a cuadras de los lugares turísticos, el precio el mucho mejor que el de varios hoteles y no le pide nada a un hotel 5 estrellas, esta muy linda y limpia la casa. Recomendada totalmente para plan turístico en la zona y si rentas carro, tienes todo a menos de 15 min.

Ariel was very responsive and helpful despite how late we arrived. The home was clean and well decorated! The surrounding area was really easy to navigate. It was only a 10 minute walk to little Italy! Super convenient.

my family and I really loved staying here.this home was very clean as they show on the pictures..easy to find parking . easy access to freeway . Ariel was very responsive and all her Instructions were very clear 👌 we would stay here again on our next visit to San Diego 🙂
