Beach Break

Amazing place and hosts! It is the perfect location! The excitement of the ocean 🌊 a few steps away one way and the calm and serene of the bay 🏖️ just across the street the other way. Ariel and Jimmy were very welcoming and responsive. Easy instructions. Clean, cozy place. Would love the chance to stay here again!

Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Place was clean and ready when I arrived. They were quick to fix a couple of minor issues within hours. This place was perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Steps to the beach, store, places to eat/shop. Would stay again!

I was looking for the location and walkable place, so it was perfect for me. I am over 6’1 so that made a little tricky moving around a bit. But all good. 😁

Quaint little studio but very old and dated. Parking is very difficult especially on weekends. Alley, gates, and many stairs made entry with luggage challenging. Host was very responsive and communicated well. We loved how close it is to the beach.

Fantastic location right by the beach and within walking distance to bars and nightlife. Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient.

Loved my stay with at Ariel’s place with my pup! Perfect walking distance from the beach and restaurants and I didn’t have too much trouble parking on the street. The place was exactly as listed and would stay there again for a great time in San Diego!

Need it to told is was the walk way. Not the street. Thank goodness my son knew

Such a great place! Super close to the beach with everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. Even though I arrived late at night, the clear instructions and easy access lead to a stress free check in.

Beautiful location and a well equipped studio steps from the beach! The only downside was the parking but once we had that figured out it was awesome!

Super easy to find and very convenient to the beach and local restaurants but still tucked away so it was not very loud. The place was well kept and clean when I got there and super easy check-in and check-out process. Ariel gave very clear directions and the place was easy to find.

This is a fabulous beach getaway literally steps from the beach, boardwalk and shops. Ariel was a great host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend 😊

The location cannot be beat. It was steps away from the beach and the bay, yet on a quiet street where we could rest. Host was kind and responsive to all of my requests and suggestions. Thanks for a great stay!

Ariel’s place was exactly as described. Small and quaint but perfect for our small family! Steps to the beach which is the biggest plus. Would recommend and would stay again. They were very responsive and flexible - great hosts!
