My family loved staying here and we’ll likely stay again. The open floorplan and views are great. The outdoor fire pit was nice touch even on colder days right after a rainstorm.

The place was as advertised. Beautiful view and lots of space. The host was very helpful and professional. We had this large home for us two and we had njoyed every minute of it.

Ariel’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Central location, spacious and clean. She was quick to respond and super helpful. The view in the backyard was a plus as well. Would definitely book w her again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great view and under 10 minute drive to home amenities like grocery and shops. Was within 20 minutes of major attractions. House is in great shape and charming area. Ariel was a great host who was super responsive, friendly, and accompanying. Only thing to note is freeway is a bit loud but obviously comes with being central in a major city.

Wow - what a lovely stay! The value is absolutely there. Ariel’s place was great: everything was well-stocked, well-maintained, and the space felt open, fresh, and spotless. The level of “service” was impeccable, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. Ariel was also incredibly communicative and understanding. We had a small mishap with one of the stuffed toys (our fur baby tore one while playing with the kids), and she couldn’t have been kinder about it. I felt terrible, but truly appreciated her compassion and flexibility. The location is central, everything is beautifully cared for, and the service is top-notch. I would highly recommend staying here!

So grateful for the kid friendly environment. I need to know where the pink octopus came from because my grandson fell in love with it. Beautiful house and awesome deck. Thoroughly enjoyed the gas firepit and the sunsets.

Nice Place

Very happy that our stay was stress-free and the property had everything we needed. I didn't have to contact the host because the instructions were clear and we didn't experience any issues. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Great place for our family to stay with a central location.

Spacious and beautiful place!

For an older house it is extremely well maintained with manicured landscaping, large well decorated rooms for gathering with spacious seating, updated kitchen with high-end appliances, importantly very comfortable beds/pillows. The backyard offers spectaular views while sitting beside the open flame firepit sipping your favorite evening cocktail or beverage of choice. Plenty of space for parking large vehicles directly in front of the house, and use of the two car garage that accomodates medium sized cars. All this is topped off by an amazing host, Thank YOU Ariel for making our stay so pleasurable.

Ariel’s rental property is just as described. It was very clean with a lot of space and beautiful views. Brand new appliances that worked wonderfully!

Centrally located, clean, and spacious place. Very responsive to all messages. Easy check in and check out. Everything went smoothly.

What a great view! Check in was easy, parking instructions were clear. We stayed here with friends and our kids and we all had a blast. First night we grilled burgers, made s’more’s with the fire pit and enjoyed some fireworks that we could see from Seaworld. Beautiful view of the bay, you can sit outside in the morning and drink coffee. Very easy to get downtown and enjoy some nightlife. Everything was great and everyone had so much fun. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing stay !

We came as a family of 10 plus an infant to visit legoland and San Diego zoo. It was a perfect location and the night view was amazing. We were able to see seaworld firework every night. The place was very cozy and felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great location and view of the bay, and the SeaWorld fireworks at night. My daughters really enjoyed the bunk bed. Host was very responsive and attentive. House was clean, AC worked well. The water pressure in the master shower was fantastic. Less than pros: For how nice the patio is, the outside furniture was not particularly comfortable. The layout of the house is a little dated. Unless you long for the bygone days of a closed kitchen concept and square tile floors. We asked if we could check in a little early, to which the host promptly checked with the cleaners and let us know they needed until 4:00. No issue there, but when we arrived at about 3:45 the cleaners were gone and we still had to wait until precisely 4:00 until our code would work, so that was a little silly. The WiFi required giving an email before it would work, which was odd, and prevented some devices from connecting. All minor things but enough for the lofty price to make it 4/5 stars.

My family enjoyed staying in the house! The entire place was clean when we walked in. We had plenty of space and comfortable beds for 7 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed cooking breakfasts and having a bbq in the patio while enjoying the summer fireworks at night from SeaWorld! They had enough plates, utensils and small kitchen appliances to make cooking easy. Would definitely consider rebooking again!

Lovely location with a fantastic backyard patio view to start your mornings. Loved the spaciousness of the living room, with a wonderful location for the dining table for all family members to share dinner together. Appreciate the high quality appliances (Samsung Range and Refrigerator, cool!). Highly recommend for a family trip located in the middle between Del Mar and DTSD.

The house is very comfortable. We have 9 people living in it. There’s great sea view with quiet neighborhoods. We did barbecue at the balcony and enjoy the sun. We had a good time.

Ariel's home was perfect for our stay in San Diego! It was very comfortable and clean. It had every thing my family and I needed and is close to all the major attractions. I will definitely stay here next time I vacation in San Diego.

Very clean house with almost every amenity you need to have an enjoyable stay. Almost all of my activities were within 15-20 minutes away from the house and easy to get to. The owners were amazing with quick responses and extremely helpful.

My family and I enjoyed this place great space. Deck was beautiful and the movie room was nice. The 4 bedrooms was great too.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, bright and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. As a family of five, we really appreciated how spacious and accommodating it was—there was plenty of room for all of us, and more including the home theater. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept so well each night. One of our favourite parts was the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffees, family meals, and just relaxing together. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making this a welcoming, family-friendly stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
