Wonderful place! View from the apartment was lovely and the place was very walkable. Place was more spacious than even the pics showed.

Such a beautiful place to stay, lots of things to do, a week wasn’t enough so we will be returning! Lovely apartment with lots of beach equipment, especially liked the body boards as the waves were awesome and the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. Lots of space and loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night, can’t wait to return ❤️

Not a good host!! I have too complained about the poor internet service too Airbnb. Really a bad host !!

Ariel’s unit was great for a beach getaway. The location was extremely convenient to Mission Beach, with parking, and walkable to tons of bars and restaurants. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the host was responsive to all messages. There was plenty of space for our group and kitchen/dining worked well even for nights in. Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect if you want to be right at the beach!

This place was great for our family. We were going to get a beachfront place, but this place sat perfectly behind a beachfront house, so we got some ocean views and the close proximity to the beach without the noise of the boardwalk. Perfect location for Mission beach.

We loved our stay on Mission Beach! Only a few steps from the beach from the house which was awesome for a young family! There is still a remodel job going on right next door so construction sounds started up in the morning but didnt bother us to much. One thing we did miss was having an outdoor area where we could wash off before going inside. Overall the stay was great, and the host was kind and responsive!

Ariel’s beach house is amazing. My family and I had a wonderful time. The only downside there was Construction next-door so we didn’t get to sleep in which wasn’t a big deal because we had activities scheduled daily. I will definitely stay at Ariel’s next time I’m In San Diego. I wish I had asked Ariel about beach toys and towels because we stopped to purchase some before arriving, to find out her rental comes stocked with all the essential beach items:) Thank you for allowing us to make your home ours for a week!

Wonderful location for San Diego! Love Mission Beach and this place is just a few steps away for beautiful and fun beach activities, restaurants, and Belmont Park. A great home away from home for our 10 day visit. Ariel was great at responding and proactive for an issues. Very happy to recommend staying here!! ☀️

i couldn’t have picked a better stay. the home was beautiful, clean, and had more than what we would need (every kind of pot, dish, utensil, etc.!). avery was very responsive and even brought us a speaker upon request. i would 10/10 stay here again. falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was a dream

We were very happy with the house and our experience. It was spacious, clean and well-stocked. We particularly enjoyed the peek of the ocean and hearing the waves! The location is ideal, a few steps to the beach and at the heart of everything. Ariel was super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our stay and we loved hearing the ocean while sitting in the living in the evenings. The boardwalk is extremely close and we could walk to restaurants, ice cream and Belmont Park.

Great location! Steps away from the beach with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We really appreciated the coffee bar and the disposal coffee cups with lids. It was great to be able to make some coffee and take it with us on a morning stroll along the beach. Traveling with little ones, it was nice to have a step stool in the bathroom so they can reach the sink. Having 2 king beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other room made it perfect for our family traveling with the grandparents. I definitely would stay in Ariel's place again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had a great 3-day stay in Ariel's condo in Mission Beach -- it is comfortable and very close to the waterfront/boardwalk and Belmont Park. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!

We loved Ariel’s place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was just what we had hoped for. It’s within walking distance of Belmont Park and Pacific Beach, so it was nice to park the car and not have to use it during our trip. I drive a Honda Odyssey and, though snug, could fit my car within the designed parking spot. The place was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Ariel was quick to respond and helpful with my inquiries. My family and I will definitely book Ariel’s place again in the future.

House was great! It was literally a 20 second walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The apartment unit was very well located with easy access to the beach and the promenade. The place was clean, tidy and the very comfortable and i would definitely recommend this as a base for Mission Beach.

We had a fabulous stay with our two young kids. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We could walk to Belmont Park, lots of great restaurants, and of course the beach. Ariel was an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

We loved this place! Ariel was fantastic- so responsive, kind, helpful. The place was spotless. Had beach toys and water for us to rinse sand off our feet. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were really comfortable. Location to beach and local restaurants was amazing. Overall- a terrific stay!

A top notch place that definitely deserves the 5 stars. The views from the office, kitchen, and living room are large enough that you can watch and hear the waves as if you were at a beachfront property. The kitchen is probably the best equipped kitchen we have encountered. The place has everything for a really relaxing stay.

This is the perfect location. It is the second row of homes behind the boardwalk. So you get the extremely close (10 second walk) to the boardwalk but with peace and quiet and without the sound and activity of the boardwalk. You have an ocean view from the kitchen and living room. It was just perfect. And the house was equipped with everything we needed including beach towels and umbrellas and sand toys. We loved our stay.

Perfect Mission Beach Abode Great location 1 block from the beach and an easy walk to the bay and restaurants. Perfect size with large living/dining area; and kitchen stocked with any appliance or glassware needed. Nice and clean and stocked with plenty of necessary paper products like paper towels and TP. Oh, and lots of beach toys and towels. We hope to be back and will certainly try to book this place again.

This place was a gem. We felt right at home. Loved that the beach was so close and close to so many restaurants. Ariel was so friendly and always answered pretty quickly if I had a question. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful property with great decor! A huge living room, dining area and great kitchen space! Everything was updated, clean and comfortable. Hearing the ocean at night was amazing, all the windows and breeze made it so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

This beautiful home had everything you could need for a home away from home. All we had to do was add food! The living room was comfortable for family movie nights and the dining room was great for our meals. The kitchen had a beautiful ocean view. The beds were super comfortable as well and the rooms both had nice views. Restaurant’s and shopping were walking distance and saving the best for last, the gorgeous, dolphin filled ocean was only steps away.

The property is in a great location and despite the typical challenge of parking in beach communities, the 1 space at the property was great and there was a 24 public parking nearby. The property is literally steps to the beach and Ariel was really responsive as a host.

The house was an amazing place to be. I grew up coming to this beach every summer as a kid and finally got to have my dream come true by coming back. Everything was perfect. Great place! Had workspace and beach toys/boogie boards, plenty of room, and sooo close to the ocean. Fabulous stay!

Our experience was incredible! Ariel was always very very quick to respond to our questions, and she was very friendly and responsive. The home was very well decorated, and made us feel very comfortable very quickly. And the location was amazing!

This place was so perfect for us. The large bedroom with 2 king beds helped keep our kids comfortable and close to us in a unfamiliar place. We were literally seconds away from the beach! The view from the living room towards the ocean was great. Sleeping with windows opened and hearing the waves all night was incredible. We loved this stay. We are already planning a late summer trip back and hope this place is available again. Thank you Ariel for your assistance with the start of our trip and making it an easy and pleasant stay.

Great location. Only thing that that would have made it great would have been an outdoor space to grill. Good beach views, and the access was just across the alley.

I am so so so happy that I booked Ariel’s place for my family vacation ! It was the perfect place and Ariel was a perfect host for us ! The location: Just one block from the beach! It doesn’t get better than this! The accommodation: Such a nicely decorated place with a fully stocked kitchen and huge master bedroom. Linens were new, fresh and plenty. Place has partial ocean views from living room, kitchen and study area - which was perfect to watch all the beach activity from and the sound of waves. Beach towels, chairs, coolers etc were all there - waiting to be used. The place was bright, clean, airy and private. The host: I don’t have enough words to describe Ariel’s responsiveness, care and warmth! She anticipated our needs and promptly arranged a high chair and stepper stool for our toddler without us even asking! She answered some of our queries in the middle of the night !! Her instructions before check on were clear. Overall - such a wonderful human! We would be back here !

We enjoyed our stay at Ariel’s place, very convenient to the beach! Looks like we were the first airbnb guest due to all new amenities and linen’s definitely will be coming back in the future!
