Beautiful little spot. Close to Balboa park and other fun stuff. The airbnb was designed and furnished with space in mind. Great natural lighting in the morning.

Gorgeous spot. Worth noting that two rooms are completely separate from the house, which was a bit confusing at first but they were both nice!
Everything was great to checking in and out. Host stayed in contact and responded immediately with any questions or needs. House and kitchen fully stocked. Ac/heater units in each room of the house. Beautiful backyard view. Safe & quiet neighborhood. We had a large family gathering of 12 and the home accommodated us all. The beds were soft n comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Thank you
Quaint little studio but very old and dated. Parking is very difficult especially on weekends. Alley, gates, and many stairs made entry with luggage challenging. Host was very responsive and communicated well. We loved how close it is to the beach.
This is a really great space! The apartment was clean and everything worked properly. The view into the canyon is magnificent and soooo peaceful! The neighborhood is calm and people are friendly. It is close to the freeway but you can't hear it much in the apartment. The hosts are easy to communicate with. The only downside is that you can really hear the upstairs neighbors quite well, I guess poor sound design of the building. There was a child who, naturally, is a bit loud with stomping and such. I think if I stayed there longer than a few days it would start to be annoying.
Nice suburban duplex in a vibrant neighborhood. The place is well-appointed and comfortable. There's great water pressure, the water is hot, with an adjustable shower head. The WiFi is stable, although not always consistent in speed as I did experience some minor slowdowns. The gem of this house is the backyard and patio spaces, a superb place to relax and watch the hummingbirds. The ocean is visible from the back patio. This neighborhood is a younger crowd and family-oriented, so just be aware that it is not a super peaceful place to experience quiet time. It is a typical coastal California neighborhood so you'll get all the sounds - dogs, kids, leaf blowers, etc. Fairly quiet at night but it's always good to have earplugs, just in case. Overall, a great spot... would stay again!
My employees had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect and made getting around easy.
