Premium Price for a premium home with a view, and its worth it. The view was IT!!! this is one of those homes that's better IRL than in the photos. Sunrise over the water is exactly what I needed in my life and I didn't even know it. enough space for the kids to play, not to mention the game room. Well done to this host. I hope to stay here again.

Amazing spot close to the beach. Great views and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The place was nice and clean. Very spacious and plenty of room for our large group staying. Great place, would stay again.

This hime was perfectly in the middle of everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The home was beautiful and exactly as described. The owners were so friendly and communicative! We will definitely look at staying here, or any of their proprieties again the next time we visit San Diego!

Great spot for a large group, close to downtown area and beaches and easy access to highways. Host was quick and responsive with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at The Wave and it looked exactly like the photos. The bed was very comfortable, the fire pit area was a lovely spot to relax, and the location is fantastic: an easy walk to the beach with great food options nearby. We also really appreciated that both bathroom towels and beach towels were provided. A couple of small things to note: the kitchen was missing a few basic essentials like a can opener and dustpan, and while the space was mostly clean, the floors could have used more attention (we noticed pet hair on the rug and very dirty socks after walking on the wood floors). We also found a broken shot glass in the garbage disposal, which we flagged to the host - they responded quickly, but a bit more attention to detail from the cleaners would help. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend this place, especially for the location and overall comfort.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Ariel was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Check in and out instructions were very clear and easy. The house was beautiful, clean and felt like home! The backyard was amazing! Such an incredible view of the amazing San Diego sunsets! We had 2 small children and an infant with us and they had so much fun playing with the toys and running around the backyard and the adults were able to relax knowing that everything was child proofed. I will definitely be coming back to Ariel’s spot next time we visit San Diego and recommending it to family and friends!
