Great little house with an enclosed yard in front and in back. The place was clean, spacious enough, and very easy. It's close to a little trail and not far from downtown Encinitas. Overall, a solid option.

Nice suburban duplex in a vibrant neighborhood. The place is well-appointed and comfortable. There's great water pressure, the water is hot, with an adjustable shower head. The WiFi is stable, although not always consistent in speed as I did experience some minor slowdowns. The gem of this house is the backyard and patio spaces, a superb place to relax and watch the hummingbirds. The ocean is visible from the back patio. This neighborhood is a younger crowd and family-oriented, so just be aware that it is not a super peaceful place to experience quiet time. It is a typical coastal California neighborhood so you'll get all the sounds - dogs, kids, leaf blowers, etc. Fairly quiet at night but it's always good to have earplugs, just in case. Overall, a great spot... would stay again!

My husband, dog , and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved the private front and backyards for our dog. The area was very quiet. Next to Encinitas downtown area, but also easily drivable to SD. The Airbnb was clean, well-stocked, easy to check-in. The best thing was that we did not have a long laundry list of things to do before we checked out. Unlike most other Airbnbs, we did not have to take out the trash, put the dirty linens in the washer, etc. We really appreciated that. Highly recommend staying here.

Ariel and the team was great at responding to our questions and needs. It's a cozy and very comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. The location is close to I-5, so you can get in and out quickly. From restaurants to grocery stores, everything is relatively a short drive. The multi-use trail around the corner is a great morning run space.

We stayed in this clean, well decorated home for 4 nites. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Ariel was a very available host who made sure we had a 5 star stay!! We will def stay here again on our next Encinitas visit.

Ariel was incredibly helpful and responsive. We landed pretty early and I was traveling alone with my infant so I was a little stressed - her cleaning team was able to get the property ready a little early for us so my baby could go down for a nap. She reached out to check in during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The house was clean, comfortable, and in line with my expectations based on the photos. My family and I had a pleasant and easy stay.

This is a great family friendly place with beautiful surrounding, short drive to a lovely beach and to all attractions San Diego has to offer. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back. Thanks to the host for prompt responses to my enquiries.

Loved our stay! Excellent location - close to the beach, downtown, and to a beautiful hiking path nearby. House also had some thoughtful kid additions like a pack n play and a high chair, which made our stay even easier with little kids.

Two patios! Perfectly peaceful for wine o' clock. Well appointed and private. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything relevant. Easy communication. Seamless stay. YAY.

This was the perfect stay for our family get away. I traveled with my husband, our 4 year old, and our baby. Ariel had everything we possibly could need for the beach. Moonlight Beach was the highlight of our vacation. It was easy to get to from the Air BNB. We walked the path by the house one morning and it had beautiful views. We loved the food recommendations. The Crack Shack and The Taco stand were both so delicious and family friendly. The Air BNB does bot have air conditioning. But the house had plenty of fans and opening the doors to the closed patio helped cool it down. Ariel had everything we needed and had so many small thoughtful touches that we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful, comfortable place! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! Ariel got back to us quickly with any questions we asked! Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor area more as it was very nice too, but just didn’t have the time! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time at Ariel’s home. We arrived late night and it was very easy to find. Home was very private especially the two patios. The home was warm but opening the doors helped tremendously. We slept comfortably. The only issue was the Internet. If you intend to work via vpn, not ideal. Regularly WiFi use was fine. We would return for the patios. We really enjoyed being outside at Ariel’s home. Thank you Ariel.

Being here was like coming home. It felt amazing and so safe. I had to bribe my kids in order to leave and go back home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ariel's. The house has a great design and feeling. The high quality sheets, towels, etc makes a big difference. The neighborhood is centrally located to everything in the area.

Ariel was responsive and checked in to make sure we are comfortable. The house is homey and cozy. Loved the backyard and good size rooms. It can get hot during peak sun hours as the house does not have AC but it cools down perfectly at night. There are fans available to use. Thank you for accommodating us in your lovely house!

Cute and cozy home minutes from the beach. Plenty of space for your pup in both the front and back porches. Ariel was quick to respond, felt right at home.
