It was nice for the most part air bnb was beautiful very clean however there are people icing in the backyard of the house next door and have set up a camp right next to the mast bedroom window and they were noisey every night until early am making it impossible to sleep or really enjoy the backyard

The house was ok and clean. The benefit of the parking spot in the driveway was great. Street parking was impossible to find at night. Close to the freeway I-5. The neighborhood was not well described. The area had a lot of homeless people all over. We did not go outside to hang out at all. We chose to only return to the house for sleeping and getting ready in the morning as the neighborhood had nothing to offer. The house behind had construction going on loud in the morning. The house next door looked like a homeless woman was living in the yard with 2 dogs that barked all night and you can hear her talking all night. The AC unit in one bedroom was not functional at least there was a ceiling fan. I wish the house offered some beach towels we could have used as we needed to buy them when we went to the beach. Overall, the house was nice but not if you wanted to hang out in the area for the day.

Had a blast in SD with friends. This Airbnb was conveniently located near restaurants and hiking spots about 5-20mins away. Place was clean and had lots of room for 7 adults. Appreciated having parking spots inside the gate and outside . A truck and 2 cars fit perfectly on the side of the house and driveway. Would recommend this place.

They were awesome. The place was very nice . The neighborhood is quiet . Just hard to find parking on that street but they fixed any issue we had very fast !

The home was very well kept, perfect for my group of family. The location is very close to grocery markets, restaurants, and nearby local attractions.

The house was well stocked for our week long stay and just a block away from a neighborhood store. We felt comfortable the whole time! Ariel was very easy to get in contact with and we were able to check in early. We would 100% stay here again.

Nice private home close to downtown San Diego. It was comfortable and plenty of parking in the drive way. We had an excellent stay. I will return again.

This Airbnb was able to accommodate me and my family for what we needed on our two night trip, and Ariel was great at communicating and answering my questions. Check in was easy, and the house was really comfortable and gave us everything we needed for our stay. The location was really great as well! Definitely would love to come again.

Ariel’s home is an absolute gem! I would highly recommend staying here. The location is great you’re 10 min away from downtown.. truly a nice cozy home . The beds were extremely comfortable, everything was clean, & had all amenities as described. Ariel gave clear instructions & made check in /check out very easy. Would def stay here again !

We had such a great stay with our group of six. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that each bedroom had its own AC unit, and the basketball court in the back was a fun bonus. Parking and self check-in were a breeze, and Ariel was so responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect spot for our trip.

Great Airbnb. House was very clean and smelled nice. Each room has its own a/c and fan. The kitchen was nice and the hardware was modern. The backyard fire pit and bbq were great.

The house was great and comfortably fit our group of six. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do without being in the middle of the noise of the city. Ariel was great! She was proactive in communicating everything we needed to know and was very friendly. We had a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this house.

The location was great for what we needed. We stayed for 2 nights to be close to the Marine base to attend a boot camp graduation. We didn't have any issues with the house or the stay and the host was great! I do want to mention to anyone with children though, and who may be coming in from out of town and not at all familiar with "Logan Heights," as we were not expecting the kind of neighborhood this home is in. It ended up working well for our needs, but I likely would have booked elsewhere had I googled earthed it before booking. The location was not what I expected, but again, the house itself and the host are great!

Great location for a mini vacation down in San Diego. Close enough to Gaslamp to enjoy it without a long commute, but far enough that you don’t have to deal with the traffic. Tucked in a homey residential neighborhood - our surrounding neighbors were having a bbq themselves with music when we pulled in! Great atmosphere to get our weekend started. Street parking is easy to find and the full kitchen made cooking for our group both easy and fun. No complaints here.

Stayed here for the weekend while visiting family. House was as shown in the posted pictures, clean, comfy and in a great location.

La casita muy bien, muy limpia y todo nuevo. Simplemente que en meses de calor, las habitaciones secundarias no tienen aire acondicionado y el ventilador puede no ser suficiente. Recomiendo instalar un par de aires acondicionados adicionales.

We had a great stay here for a couple of nights. The property was nice with comfortable beds. The value was definitely good for this property and the location has good freeway access.

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was easy to access and very clean! We really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!
