This hime was perfectly in the middle of everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The home was beautiful and exactly as described. The owners were so friendly and communicative! We will definitely look at staying here, or any of their proprieties again the next time we visit San Diego!

We had a good stay at the place. Loved the location. It's so close to downtown and most San Diego attractions. We could also see some fireworks through our window for new years!

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb had everything we could have possibly needed—even items I didn’t realize I had forgotten. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors were very friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. The rooms were lovely, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The decor inside was so cute and made the space feel warm and welcoming. It was the perfect place for my mom and me to stay with my 3-year-old—safe, cozy, and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

What a great stay. I brought my wife and kids with me to work in AZ, we ended up in San Diego. There was a very quick response. That was really nice. This place has everything!! Even beach towels and chairs for us to enjoy the beach without spending money on this things. It just made it more special for our family trip. Everything was awesome! I would recommend this place for sure!

Great Place if you need economical and two bedrooms. It's located close to many major areas. The neighborhood is farily rundown and not many things in walking distance. The House is relatively clean but definitely a bit of a economical flip. Beds are comfy. But you do hear freeway and major street. It's relatively quiet at night though. Hot water is a bit cool in the shower.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday with my friends. House was near of everything we wanted to do. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was so kind and made it clear that if we needed anything, we could reach out anytime. The space felt cozy and welcoming, definitely a great experience overall!

This home was such a special getaway. Everything you need and could ever want! Spent the weekend with my girlfriends and it was perfect for nights in and 10 minutes away from all the local spots around and in downtown San Diego! Ariel was a great host!

The place was incredibly cute and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big and stocked well. Super close to DTSD, South/North Park. Although you could hear planes there wasn’t any noise from inside and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Ariel was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Amazing price and experience and would recommend the stay 100%!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the standout aspects was how toddler-friendly the home was — from safe furniture to plenty of open space for our little one to explore without worry. It really made traveling with a young child so much easier. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. Everything was just as described (if not better), and you can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space welcoming and functional. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families with young kids!

There was a minor technical issue with check-in, but Ariel was great and communicative. The house was easy to find, clean, had plenty of street parking, and great for hanging out with family and friends to catch up (which was the purpose of our visit - a graduation) whether in the living room, dining room, or outside. Would definitely stay again.

Ariel is very communicative and helpful. We had a pleasant stay. The place is exactly like the photos. Only concern I had is we had to park across the street which is expected since owner mentioned it beforehand. there is a car that parked for couple hours next to us while smoking and then left which is kinda scary. (Not the owner's fault and out of her control though) just something I feel like needs to be mentioned. But overall, great stay for the price!

We had a pleasant stay in San Diego. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed and convenient for exploring the city. The house was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. It is an older home, which is something to keep in mind, but overall it didn’t affect our stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is not in the most walkable area, as it is not walking distance to any of SD’s main attractions, but most things were less than a 10 minute drive away. Overall, it was a great home base for the weekend.

Cute little place that was accurate to the pictures, nicely decorated. Easy to find, lots of parking on the street in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for us and our babies, Ariel worked with us with the check in time and was overall very friendly and kind. The area is good, about 15 minutes away from the beach and tons of restaurants.

Great place to stay if you're looking for a house just outside of downtown San Diego. Very comfortable interior and a homey vibe with a bonus front patio area to hang out outside. Love that it was dog friendly, although the lack of grass in the area was a bummer. We read reviews that said there was grass in the front yard, but upon arrival found that it was just all mulch and zero grass for the dogs. The area is also slightly sketchy, but we had zero issues.

We originally booked this business trip with another host who after booking informed us we could not check in past 10. After many rude messages we Rebooked with Ariel who was the complete opposite of original host Doug. She was pleasant, responsive and helpful. House very clean and exactly as described. Home was near downtown but far enough away to have privacy. Plenty of parking. Doug should take a lesson from Ariel on how to host. From someone who uses air bnb all the time, this is how you treat guests.

Ariel was very accommodating from the start. Her home was very clean, spacious and well kept. I’m so glad she had toys, a pack n play and highchair for my infant. It was so convenient and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again! :)

Ariel’s place was so cute and cozy and looked like the pictures. Our kids loved the pull out sofa and slept there rather than in the bed. There were new beach toys in the hall closet that we appreciated because we forgot ours. They had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and even a cooler for use. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and even had a full spice cabinet. The location is super convenient to grocery stores and Coronado Beach was only about a 15 minute drive. We stayed here for Mother’s Day, but if we’re ever in the area again we’d define stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable place, and I thought it had a very “homie” feel to it. It’s close to all the fun spots in San Diego, but away from noisy, party places if you’re traveling with young kids. The host was great with communication and was more than happy to provide suggestions on restaurants and things to do if you’re not familiar with the area. I’d definitely return in the future!

Some of the reviews mentioned low water pressure which stands true but it didn’t bother me too much. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great—just a short Uber ride to everywhere we needed to go. The Airbnb was well-stocked with everything we could’ve needed, including extra towels, wine glasses, tea bags, and more. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was super convenient. The only thing to note is that the house did get quite cold at night. That said, Ariel was very responsive and accommodating. We’d definitely recommend this stay!

This place was a great location especially for all the sights we had planned to see. Close to a lot of things and inside felt cozy. Just wish water pressure in shower was a little bit more but overall this place was great.

The host’s communication was excellent, making check-in and any questions super easy. The space itself was so cute and had a cozy, homey feel that made me feel right at ease. Cozy spot that was perfect for us and our 30 year old son. My husband and son are both 6'6" and so I look for furniture that will fit them. The couch and chair in the living room were the right size and plenty sturdy! That being said, I do have to say the shower head is very low! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens and extra blankets. Beach towels available for those planning a trip to the beach. Parking was on the street, but plenty of availability. Curbs are real high, so be careful when opening your door. We would unload than finish parking. Washer and dryer is in the kitchen and is one unit. Worked well, just be sure to allow plenty of time for clothes to dry. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Really nice jumping off spot if you’re coming into San Diego and don’t want to be stuck in one area especially being so close to the freeway was very very convenient. The driveway is a little bit steep so for those of you they may have mobility issues be warned on that. There was plentiful street parking, the house was clean and cozy. Very well kept. Would recommend to book.

Ariel‘s place was clean convenient and quiet. The location was also great for New Year’s Eve as we could see fireworks right outside the window! She was a great host and responded to my questions and messages quickly.

Overall, my stay at Ariel’s place was pleasant. The communication was excellent; Ariel was responsive and accommodating throughout my visit. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the shower wasn’t the best. Additionally, the blankets provided initially weren’t very clean, but Ariel was amazing in promptly sending fresh ones when I brought it to her attention. I appreciate her effort to address the concerns quickly, which made a huge difference. With a little improvement in cleaning standards, this place would be perfect! But, overall we had a great stay! Great stay. Ariel was responsive. The place and area are quiet, except on weekends their is some type of bar or club in the area to where you can faintly hear music. My family and I enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves breakfast and dinner. The board games were of great value to be able to spend time together.

The house is super clean, bright and the beds are comfy. My kids didn't want to leave because they loved the big comfy queen bed. It was perfect for our needs. The only flaw I found (and I'm not sure if its a water conservation effort) but there was very little water pressure. I know other reviews talked about the lack of a/c but there are units in every room and the fans are powerful. It was a comfortable stay.

Ariel was very helpful. Unfortunately, we had an ant problem during our stay. We understand that happens at this time of the year when we travelled to San Diego but it’s not something we want to deal with on a vacation. Ariel was responsive and helped provide pet friendly ant spray and worked with us to provide us a refund for a partial stay. There are a few things beyond Ariel’s control such as noisy neighbors / neighbor’s pets but other than those issues the stay went well. The place was well stocked in the kitchen, easy to get to, and in a great location that was central to other San Diego locations. Parking was ample and simple.

This house was perfect for our quick trip to San Diego with our toddler & baby! Very close to main attractions like the Midway & Zoo. We had one small issue with the ceiling fan remote, but the host was very quick to come and resolve for us! One thing I didn't read well, even though it was listed in the description, was that the house did not have central A/C; however, with the portable A/C unit, window unit, and ceiling fans, we were able to keep the house cool & comfortable. Overall, the house was exactly what we needed and provided a comfortable stay!

Ariel’s home was perfect for my friends and I! We all had our own space and had sufficient privacy. The house was spacious and well-priced, with so many amenities that we didn’t even have enough time to utilize them all! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and the home was within relatively short distance of so many exciting restaurants and experiences. I would surely stay there again and might even look into a longer stay so I could enjoy the house for more time!

We loved our stay! Parking however with multiple children was not the most ideal, as it does not have its own driveway & street parking is a little nerve wracking with children but was not a dealbreaker. The house was lovely, they provided a pack n play as well as a high chair which was another selling point for us aside from the look and feel of the house. Super close to downtown, so there’s a lot of things to do as a family. Will for sure be booking with Ariel again when we make another drive down to San Diego! She communicated at an appropriate timely manner and very understanding/helpful! Thanks so much for everything!

Clean and nice place, very conveniently located in close proximity to any major attractions. Kitchen is fully eqipped. Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. Pure bliss!

My family enjoyed staying here. Slept comfortably and were able to relax. We walked about 15 minutes to a really nice Italian restaurant “Buona Forchetta” This air bnb is conveniently right by a gas station.

This was exactly what we needed! Easy to find, clean and well maintained, great host. There isn’t anything to do nearby (you have to drive to get to a cafe, for instance) but for an easy to find and spacious well maintained location we were very grateful!

Ariel is an AMAZING host. She responds very quickly and is very accommodating to families. She included a play pen and high chair for our son during our stay. It was street parking however we never had an issue finding parking there. We were constantly in and out and never struggled to find parking. We always parked right in front of the house or across the street. The house is gorgeous exactly like the pictures. She also included things like: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, pots and pans, seasonings, oil to cook, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, coffee, detergent, beach essentials, a cooler, umbrellas, beach chairs, extra sheets, blankets etc. And she allows dogs which is also a plus for me. I would Highly Recommend Ariel’s home she is so sweet and communicates great. We will definitely come back our experience was a 10/10 we stayed for 3 days.

I loved this home. It is older and so takes extra upkeep. The minor things we noticed, Arial was on top of it and responded quickly. The instructions were clear and probably the easiest to follow and check out was even easier than any other home I have rented. There was a secret touch that made us even more at home. Little army soldiers planted throughout the home that I am not sure she is aware of, but being that my son is a Navy Nuke and they are symbolic of watching over nukes…this was a sign we were in the right place. I would rent and stay at Arial’s properties. She was a wonderful and very responsive Host.

What a great place to stay during our 4-day trip to San Diego! Ariel’s house was cozy and comfortable - as advertised. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax when we weren’t out and about in San Diego. Also a central location for accessing the ballpark, the beaches and highways. Such a cozy little home in a safe neighborhood. I loved the fact I was able to bring my dogs with. We walked the neighborhood every morning and evening and felt safe. Location was great. No more then a half an hour from all of our attractions, with some attractions being as close as 7-15 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. A dog park not to far away. Amenities were all in check with what Ariel listed.

Standalone small home in a neighborhood close to many destinations in San Diego. Thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and beds were spacious and comfortable. Best for a weekend away with 2-4 people (though there is only one bathroom). Neighborhood was pretty quiet, some street/plane noise but nothing disruptive. Street parking was easy. Felt very private and like a home.

Met my needs

Ariel's place hosted my 26th Birthday party. The space was easy to find. It was located in an area that was less than a 15-20 minute drive from all the places we wanted to visit, like Little Italy. There was always parking available on the street; every day, we got a spot right in front of the home. The home has a steep ramp to go up, but it didn't bother us. When I got inside to put away our snacks and drinks, I noticed a bottle of wine in the fridge that we assumed was left for us. That was so sweet and an amazing gesture for my birthday weekend! This space could easily accommodate 4-5 people. One of the beds was so big that my girlfriends and I could all fit in it and sleep together, haha. That bed was also SUPER comfortable, omg! I really appreciated the guidebook that Ariel curated and provided upon booking, which is entirely digital and made it easy to navigate during our stay. I would totally book here again!

Place looks exactly like the pictures and was a perfect place to stay in SD - close to a lot of great places! Would definitely recommend if you’re planning a stay :)

What a fantastic place to stay and host! This place is just as described light and airy and so close to everything! Communication was excellent. I would stay there over and over again!

I wanted to love this place based on reviews however it just was not the right fit for us and our expectations based on price & lifestyle. The pros.. comfortable beds.. two rooms.. pet friendly.. accommodated late check out..kind & responsive hosts. Good location for getting to attractions, local restaurants & coffee shops. The cons: house was cold when we arrived and bathtub did not drain. Host was quick to respond and fix issues. They seem to have an ant problem in the bathroom and that’s why I personally would not return. This may be norm for an old house and just requires maintenance with upkeep. The street seemed fine but there is homelessness around at the end of the street and sketchy behaviour. Overall we felt safe and really loved the culture and vibes of San Diego.

This place was just as described. It was very easy to find and the instructions to get in were easy to follow. The beds were VERY comfortable and everything was very clean. We felt right at home!

We enjoyed our stay at Ariel’s place. Great location which was close to so many places that we visited during our trip. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable which is very rare at Airbnb stays. I really appreciated the room darkening shades in the bedroom that helped us sleep so much better. Ariel was a super responsive host and we would love to stay at her place the next time we visit San Diego.

Ariels home was cozy. The beds were all comfortable with lots of pillows. The kitchen had a good open layout. Instructions for entry were very easy, and Street parking in front the home was so easy. Ariel was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you Ariel! The stay was great and perfect for my family and I.

It is convenient to be so close to Balboa park, the downtown, and the beaches. It is also a quiet neighborhood with many Christmas decorations that our little one enjoyed to watch. Ariel is also very friendly to help us on anything during our stay.

This wad a lovely home. My friends & I were comfortable & everything we wanted to do was only minutes away. I would recommend!

We had a great stay at Ariel’s place. The location was slightly off-putting arriving in the evening, but we never felt unsafe and it was a perfect location that was close to all of the popular spots. Ariel was very responsive to any questions we had and all of the beds and couches were very comfortable. I wanted to take the leather chair home with me!

Ariel’s home was beautiful! And we loved every bit of our stay. Was in town to visit my dad. Her home was cozy and had everything you could need . Just like home! Ariel was attentive and made us feel welcomed. Definitely want to book again next time we are in town.

Ariel’s place was perfect for our girls trip to San Diego! Located close to restaurants, coffee shops, but in a quiet neighborhood with plentiful street parking. The space had everything we needed too. Ariel and her husband were extremely helpful when a tree fell on the power lines, cutting out power to our place, and brought lamps over. She was always super responsive if we needed anything or had questions. She went above and beyond in the face of an accident that was out of her control to be a gracious host. Highly recommend this place, it’s a perfect home base for anything you want to do in San Diego, only minutes from the Zoo, Balboa Park and a short 15 min drive the beach. We would definitely stay again there when back in San Diego!

This Airbnb looks exactly like it does in the pictures and it was super close to the restaurants so very easy to get ubered back and forth. Very cute home and kept very clean. Would totally recommend. Only downside it’s the lights in half the house kept turning off, it was understandable we were 5 girls getting ready in different rooms and some cooking in the kitchen but just kind of annoying when you are in the middle of doing your makeup/doing your hair/ironing clothes (which were all in the middle of) I think it turned off about 5/6 times on us. But Ariel was helpful and responded quickly which I appreciate!

Ariel’s place is in a great location that is close to the SD zoo, Balboa Park etc. the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, I also can find parking spot right in front of the house. The home is well furnished, decorated and super clean. It was a great experience!

Ariel's place was perfect for what we needed it for. Somewhere close to the zoo and seaworld for a fun weekend with the kids. I reached out to Ariel before hand to ask about having a pack n play and she very quickly responded that they do have one in the closet. The house was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. There is no central AC but the fans in the room are perfect and Ariel provided a room AC for the front room. As I has questions Ariel was very quick to respond and help out. Thank you Ariel!

Ariel was a great host! She was super responsive and always kind. The place is beautiful and a great stay. Wifi was great for my travel work and she also let me check out later due to some work stuff!! I would stay again without a question. Also if you have a car parking is very easy on the street.

Loved the place

My friends and I were blown away at how beautiful Ariel's place is. Her attention to guest comfort is top-notch! She even provided makeup removing towels and wipes! We had a comfortable stay. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, Ariel allowed us to drop our bags so we can go explore San Diego. Will definitely stay at this place if we visit San Diego again.

Cute little spot!

The place was great and it was in a great location. Everything was close enough to Lyft to. Very quiet neighborhood as far as foot and car traffic but do expect noise from the big airplanes landing by San Diego International. I found it to be awesome seeing the planes at night that close as they land. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Airbnb was overall a nice experience. The decor was very nice & it had everything we need for a relaxing San Diego vacation.

This was a great place and location for me and my pup! Easy access to freeways, downtown and local dog parks and dog beach, which we absolutely loved! The place was tidy and parking was always available as mentioned in the description. Communication and response was on point! I would definitely recommend and will certainly book again when I'm in the area.

Love it here! Came with a group of girlfriends for a trip and loved how close we were to the park, beach and downtown. The place is really cute and clean. The beds were particularly comfortable! Check in was easy and the host is friendly. I’d definitely stay again when in town.

Ariel was a great host and very responsive to all interaction and questions. The inside of the dwelling was just as described and worked well, albeit rather small. It felt clean and fresh. The neighborhood was less than desirable; It did however have great access to freeways and getting around town. Overall, it was a good stay and highly recommend the hostess!

I recently had a wonderful stay at an Airbnb and would highly recommend it to others. Our host Ariel was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The Airbnb itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this Airbnb apart was the exceptional hospitality from Ariel. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. She provided personalized recommendations of nearby restaurants and attractions. She was also available throughout my stay to answer any questions or assist with any issues that arose. The location was convenient as we were attending SDCC and it was only a 7 minute drive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I hope she is available next year because would definitely book with her again.

The home was very convenient for our needs and close to the airport which was very nice. The space was great for our one year old who loved running around in circles through the kitchen and living room. Very comfortable bedding and clean home. We had a small issue during our stay and Ariel was very responsive and quick to resolve.

Really cute place ! It was perfect for our quick vacation. Compared to the other listings available , I felt I really got exactly what I needed and totally stress free. The parking was never an issue , I can bring my fur babies, and there was plenty of room for me and my three guests. I would definitely stay here again . And bonus points because Ariel is super responsive and very nice.

We had a wonderfully stay! This was the PERFECT place for us to bring along our toddler and chocolate lab for a quick getaway. We also loved visiting Grape Street Dog Park nearby.

This place was pretty much what you see is what you get. And what you see is pretty good. Linens were a little stained which wasn’t great but the spots were few and very small. Not a huge issue and that should show how good a place this was as that was pretty much the only complaint. We took our dogs with us on this trip and the tile flooring was nice (there are rugs as well so it’s comfortable) because when we would leave we were able to barricade (we brought a large baby gate with us) them on only the tile in case of a possible accident. All in all we recommend this place and would stay again. The hosts were responsive for the few questions we had and were very kind and quick to help on the one occasion we needed it.

The cozy, airy home was just as described. Perfect for the quick girls’ weekend we had. The location is super central to all things SD, nothing is more than a 20min drive away. The beds were luxe and the blankets in the living room made it really inviting for getting cozy and enjoying late night chats. Also appreciated the full length mirrors. We didn’t utilize the kitchen other than to reheat brussel sprouts, just couldn’t find the pot holders :( We were happy with the stocked coffee pot, mugs and wine glasses. Totally would stay here again!!

I highly recommend this spot! Ariel was so responsive and the space was so cutely decorated. It was very calming and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked well. The beds were super comfy! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of fun games there were and that she thoughtfully had extra beach towels in the closet. Such a great price for the four of us. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! The instructions were clear, there was abundant street parking, and all the little details made me feel so glad about staying there instead of a hotel.

We had a great stay here! It was clean, quiet and very cute inside. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could ever need for cooking a quick meal. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets, games to play, a large kitchen table, convenient location. Very peaceful, light and bright. We would stay here again. Thank you Ariel!!

Ariel’s place was a great location. Not to far from the bay and close to Balboa Park. We were able to wash laundry which was a huge help! We also took our 5 month old puppy who did great. We had lots of clean towels and all the kitchen utensils we needed to make meals for my family if 5. I was worried about parking, but we never had a problem, we were always able to get a spot right in front of our house. The gas station is right around the corner for some quick snacks or drinks. We would stay again for sure.
