Awesome place, parking situation is a bit rough.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect and exactly as advertised. One minute walk from the beach (if that) and the area was great. Lots to do, pretty busy area, and short drive to all other activities in San Diego. Only thing that was a slight issue was it was a little loud at night, but that should not deter you at all from booking this location. Great place for one person or a couple wanting a beach vacation!

Awesome place to stay! So close to beach and walkable distance to the pier and to Belmont Park. Their communication was top notch and always got back to us in a timely manner. The only issue was parking was hard to find. We found it that it was best to park in the Mission Bay Park on El Carmel Pl, which was a short and doable walk. Street parking was hard to find, especially since the street cleaning was twice a week in the mornings. Other than that, this was an excellent place and we would stay here again!

great location!! place was clean, but it was obvious that they don't like, deep clean, as some trash and random items (like a pack of zyn, which was funny to me 😂) came out from under the bed. place was way smaller than expected but the bigger issue was that we were three ppl, but the sleeping place for the third person was a 5ft long couch. they really should indicate on the listing that the third person would have to be a child. they were super responsive when we reach out about this and they brought over an air mattress and new bedding so they fixed it at least. worth pointing out tho that the air mattress took up the rest of the floor space haha. but we spent most of the time out and about anyways.

Amazing location - simply cannot beat it. Super clean and responsive hosting! 2 reasons why I gave it 4/5 stars. 1) the heating system was very slow to work so most of the time the place was pretty cold but that’s San Diego for ya! 2) the light from outside when trying to sleep wasn’t ideal - the neighbors have very bright front porch lights outside their apartments. Other than that i recommend it!!

The place was perfect for two people and location can’t be beat. Super easy to access and had no issues at all! Such a great stay!

Had a great weekend stay here. Close to Mission and PB but had good stuff immediately around area (bars, coffee, convenience store) Right at the beach and a perfect spot! Hope to come back and stay again. Great communication from host and easy to access.

We had a great stay. Ariel was very responsive and helpful! The lack of parking was the only downside.

The location can’t be beat, as the neighborhood is walkable and so close to the beach. Ariel and co. were great, very communicative and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. Overall, this is a cute place in a great spot. I wish I could have stayed longer to fully take advantage of it and explore the area more.

This was perfect for our long weekend! Steps away from the beach, and close to several bars and restaurants! Short uber into downtown town! Would stay here again next time we visit Mission Beach!

Fantastic deal with even better location! Given it’s near the beach and lots of restaurants, it can be a little noisy (we didn’t mind but our pup was a little stressed). We would absolutely stay here again, though! 10/10 recommend if you’re look for a small spot steps away from the beach.

Fabulous location just steps to Ocean and across street (short walk) to Mission Bay. Ariel was a great host, very responsive when I had a couple of questions. Everything was exactly as it was pictured in photos. This was the perfect location for our stay in Pacific Beach. Close to boardwalk and great coffee stops, restaurants, bars.

The check-in went smoothly. It is very close to the sea. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Very good！

Ariel's place was wonderful! Anything you could ever need for the beach is literally within walking distance. Restaurants everywhere!! There are so many things to do so plan ahead! Any questions or concerns we had Ariel responded within minutes! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great communication: Ariel and her husband did a great job of communicating with me around the unit. They gave me all the information I needed in a clear and concise manor. And the location of the property is great.

Ariel was an amazing host! She responded to all my concerns and questions very quickly. The apartment was perfect for two people and extremely close to the beach. Parking is a little difficult but not too bad. We had a perfect time.

We had a fantastic stay at Ariel’s place! The location is absolutely perfect — right across from a shop, steps from the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. The space was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Ariel was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything. Plus, there were plenty of fans to keep the place cool and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This spot was in a great area super close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops shops, etc. it was super nice and clean inside too!

We loved staying here. Place was really clean and just as described in the listing. Ariel was very friendly and helpful. Had a minor issue with the lock but she was quick to solve it even though it was late. Would stay here again.

A great place to stay with an excellent location between the ocean and Mission Bay. The room was a bit toasty (the listing says no a/c) but there are numerous fans to help out and opening the front door helps a lot too. Parking is a bit tricky, but there's a public lot a couple blocks away at the UCSD aquatic center and there's a sign that notes a few spots are available for overnight parking. We stayed with our puppy and she had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Ariel was great! We had impulsively extended our stay and needed something that day. Ariel’s place was available and she was very responsive. She allowed us to check in early and bring our two dogs! The place was clean, location was IMMACULATE, would stay here again!
