Great place! Just as described, close in to downtown! Perfect for four, comfortable and convenient! The host was very responsive to questions and our needs!

We had an amazing time and my family and I loved the house and the service was fantastic! The communication was great and we really appreciate all the attention of the host! I recommend this place 100 percent!

Great communication and central location!

Great stay, the place was very close to many things that we needed. Coronado Island, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo are all short drives away. Gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores are all close as well which is very nice. Having parking on site was great, most places around San Diego only have street parking and if you’ve ever been, streets are always packed. The property had 2 gates to get into the place which made it feel very secure. Ariel the host, was very friendly and helpful which made the whole process effortless. Very happy with our stay!

The place was good for our stay, it was a no frill-get the job done-has everything you need type of place which provide you with the essentials. We appreciate the generous parking space, amenities for toddler, functioning kitchen, clean bathroom and good wifi. There are a few deferred maintenances that can be done but they weren't significant, overall, we're happy with the stay.

Good location. Close to freeways, Coronado Island and Costco. Beds were comfortable, as was the couch. Cozy space for 3 people. Very dog friendly. Though attached to front unit you cannot hear other guests through the wall.

The home was very convenient for getting to and from downtown or to Coronado Island!! Home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Ariel’s! It was near a wedding we were attending so we booked it because of proximity. It slept the 4 of us comfortably and we felt safe with all of the gates. Between the four of us we had 3 cars so it was perfect parking in the back for us too since street parking was limited.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, nur ein kleiner Punkt war die Gemeinschafts Terrasse die auf den Bildern so aussah das sie zur Wohnung direkt gehört und wir uns das natürlich auch gewünscht hätten. Aber insgesamt eine sehr Schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Blick über Downtown Los Angeles, sehr zu empfehlen.

Ms Ariel was such an amazing host and readily available for communication. The home looked just like the pictures and really enjoyed my stay.

This place was a great time if you wanna spend time with your little family

This is by far the best experience we have had! Firstly, Ariel was extremely accommodating when we wanted to check in slightly early and when we wanted to book an extra night during our stay. Also, Ariel was very responsive and clear with instructions! The check in was amazing, we loved the not one but THREE locks to the property which was so easy to do and made us feel so safe and at home. The home was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. They had all the amenities we needed and the out door seating was perfect for some fresh air. Everything was so convenient to the area and from everything we did it was 20 minutes max for activities. I would recommend this place to everyone! Would love to stay again :)

The property exceeded expectations in every category: exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and located in a safe, convenient neighborhood. Ariel was very responsive! The neighborhood is not very walkable in proximity to amenities but otherwise it’s okay.

Ariel was an excellent host and communicated very well throughout our stay. The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location, just the right distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Had a very comfortable stay here for 3 nights with my 2 girlfriends. The beds were really comfortable and the place was clean! There were some hiccups when I first arrived, but Ariel was very fast with her responses and was able to help resolve all my questions/problems. Very efficient communicator throughout the stay. The fire pit in the backyard was a nice cozy touch at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Ariel’s place for two nights with my husband, 7 month daughter, and mom. It was smaller than our home in LA but fine for a weekend getaway and provided all of the amenities we needed for a baby (pack & play and high chair). The only downside was that the house next to us was having a huge party and lit fireworks right outside the house (could see them from the master window where baby was sleeping). That was very stressful so if you are a light sleeper or have a baby, one thing to keep in mind. Otherwise the house is secure and super cute inside with the cowboy theme. My mom is a huge fan of western movies loved the neon sign! Ariel is also a super responsive host and it was super easy to get ahold of. Thank you Ariel for the stay.

The home was beautifully decorated inside. The beds were very comfortable. Communication was great.

Very clean, host was responsive, neighborhood was a great central location with 25 minute drive or less to almost anywhere in San Diego including La Jolla and Torrey pines area, traffic in that area was not bad. Kitchen was very well stocked, had all the basics and then some. Beds were reasonably comfortable (I sleep on a tempurpedic at home so admittedly a little biased). The neighborhood looks a little rough around the edges on google street views but once there I felt completely safe and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Enjoy my stay at Ariel’s place, my family and I felt right at home. I’m definitely saving this one and hoping to be back soon. First time visiting San Diego and the house made us feel safe. Very private area.

I needed to find a comfy place where my dog felt safe and this space accomplished that. The neighborhood is not very nice and felt a little unsafe at moments, and I didn’t like the structure of it overall. It was private which was nice, and perhaps purposeful in a neighborhood that isn’t so great, but felt like we were locked away and wasn’t the sort of vibe I want to feel on vacation. The place had everything we needed though, except for the internet kept going out and was inconsistent. The hosts did try to help through. A good place to sleep, but not worth the price imho.

Place was amazing. Everything was just like the pictures and the amenities provided made everything very convenient. The location is perfect distance to pretty much anything you’re looking to do. Check in was incredibly easy. We stayed as a family of 5 and still found there to be enough room. Ariel was an amazing host!

Stayed 5 nights at Ariel’s home. The home itself was beautiful and perfect for me, my husband, my mom, my 15 month old and 2.5 year old. CONS: 1) PARKING: Ample parking space (a dedicated parking lot), but the entire area was tan bark which made it difficult to drag our luggage. 2) BATHROOM: loved the shower tub combo as it made it easy to bathe the kids. But the sink counter was extremely small and would have appreciated more counter space. Also poor ventilation - it gets really steamy if you don’t open the window since the fan was weak. 3) NEIGHBORHOOD: this was the only concern of mine as the area did not look safe or inviting - lots of run down houses and bars on windows and chain link fences. 4) On site laundry and dryer PROS: 1) BEDROOMS: spacious and comfy beds, lots of linens/pillows. 2) LIVING ROOM: nice big TV and the couch is a fold out mattress which was fun for the kids. 3) KITCHEN/DINING: well equipped and clean, loved the large sink. 4) LOCATION: Close t

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my family for the week! Toddler and dog approved. And the host is so nice and responsive and was able to help answer any questions we had quickly. They did such a great job making the space home-y, but not cluttered. The gated in front + backyard was awesome. Highly recommend using the fire pit if you stay here. Such a beautiful airbnb, can’t recommend it enough!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in San Diego! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Ariel was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking with her!
