The home offers two distinct outdoor spaces, each intentionally designed for a different kind of experience.
The courtyard is the social heart of the home. Here you’ll find the refreshing dipping pool—perfect for cooling off on hot summer days—alongside the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Gather for meals, grill together, and wind down by the outdoor fireplace as the sky changes color. It’s an inviting, central space made for togetherness.
The backyard is all about relaxing and taking in the view. Sink into the hot tub once the sun goes down or during cooler winter nights, sway in the hammock, or challenge each other to a game of cornhole. End the night around the view fire pit, watching the lights of San Diego sparkle below.
Inside, the garage has been transformed into a full game room that’s a hit with both kids and adults. Settle in for movie nights with a projector and cozy seating (complete with a popcorn machine), test your skills with axe throwing, or rotate between mini pool, air hockey, and ping pong on the convertible game table. Board games round out the fun for rainy days or late-night laughs.

Bedroom 1: King bed, twin pull-out sofa, crib tucked into the walk-in closet area, and private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a full-size loft bed—perfect for kids

An additional full bathroom with a shower is located just off the kitchen and offers direct outdoor access, making it the perfect pool bath.
Though the home feels private and tucked away at the top of Mt. Helix, you’re less than five minutes from the freeway—making it easy to reach beaches, attractions, and everything San Diego has to offer.

You will have access to the entire property with no shared spaces. We have a locked storage area connected to the garage, but all other areas will be accessible.
