We had a great stay at this house in San Diego. The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything matched the description, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is amazing- neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. Awesome house and a comfortable stay. We had a few issues come up with some very sensitive smoke detectors but the host always responded super fast and was very helpful and sent out someone to help.

Perfect family stay while visiting my son who lives in North Park. We loved the safe and friendly neighborhood, particularly the adjacent tennis courts and nearby playground for my grandsons. The house has been tastefully renovated and everything is new and high quality. Lighting is plentiful and excellent; large south-facing windows let in plenty of sunshine. Comfortable beds, quiet at night. We didn't use the outdoor areas or grill, as it was a bit chilly during our visit. Ariel was extremely responsive and proactive. Everything from reserving to check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. We'll definitely stay again on our next visit if the house is available.

We had an amazing stay! We were there with our 3-year-old, so being right across the street from Balboa was perfect. The surrounding neighborhoods are full of great restaurants, cafés, and bars, and everything else we wanted to do was just a short, easy drive away! We’d happily stay again :)

First of all, the house was IMMACULATELY clean. That alone deserves a 10/10. The house was gorgeous. Well appointed. Full of features. Incredibly big space. Well worth the money spent. The location was amazing. Having a garage with an EV charger was KEY. Everything in the house was comfortable, from the chairs to the beds. Bathrooms were incredibly well done. The house has its old, incredible bones, but the renovations are so tastefully done - the place is incredible. It INSTANTLY felt like home. You could not ask for a batter house, location, or host. Everything was EASY from arrival to departure. I love it so much I don’t want anyone else to rent it, but this place has to be experienced. There is no question I will be staying here again

The property was clean, very well equipped, and the host responded both quickly and helpfully to any questions we had. The hilight for us was the location. It was particularly helpful being close to parks and open space for our two young children.

Ariel’s place has everything you need and more for a stress-free stay. The place was sparkling clean, the location was the best you could ask for in San Diego and Ariel kept checking on us throughout the stay and making sure everything is going well. Probably the best spot in all San Diego!

My family and I had such a fantastic stay at Ariel’s home during our trip to San Diego. The house is spacious, squeaky clean and conveniently located (less than a 5 minute drive to Balboa Park and the Zoo). The home is very well maintained with tasteful renovations and thoughtful design elements. Our toddler really enjoyed picking out the red dining chairs to sit on during meal time. Ariel is such a wonderful host - responsive and helpful This stay really made our trip to San Diego wonderful and easy (even with a toddler). We really enjoyed our morning walks up the street to Communal Coffee for breakfast. We were able to pop back from the zoo for naptime and pop back in the afternoon because of how close the house was. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in San Diego - especially for Balboa Park and Zoo related activities. 1000% would stay here again when we are in town.

We had a fantastic time at this house and would have loved to stay longer! The home had everything we needed and was the perfect central location to get to all the activities we wanted in San Diego. The home has been updated very nicely and is well decorated, as seen in the photos. It sits across from Balboa Park in a safe, walkable neighborhood. We visited during October so there were a ton of houses decorated for Halloween which was especially fun. We also enjoyed the location because it's only a 10-15 minute walk to a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. One note is that third bedroom (as seen in the photos) is behind glass doors, but there are curtains for privacy. And it is a fairly open floor plan so noises do carry anywhere in the house. That aside, parking was super easy in the garage or right in front on the street. We'd love to stay there again on our next visit to San Diego and highly recommend it. Thanks!

This home was a complete dream! It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The house was impeccably clean and just gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice! Even the towels smelled incredible. Ariel was so kind and helpful. Ariel let us check in a little earlier than expected and went above and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be staying here again soon because we LOVE San Diego and this home! I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. We definitely recommend!

Beautiful home. Celebrated my son’s 2nd bday in San Diego and Ariel’s home was perfect as our home base. It’s clean, bigger on the inside, has a lot of common room space, and is right across the street from the sports complex of Balboa Park. Instructions were very clear and she responded to messages within minutes!

This house was perfect for our family trip to San Diego. The location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from Balboa Park and just a short drive to the zoo and museums. Having a parking garage was a big plus and made everything very convenient. The house itself was renovated and modern, nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, which made it feel like home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again on our next trip to San Diego!

My wife and two kids (3yo & 1yo) had a really nice time at Ariel’s place. What I had hoped, and found to be true, was that being right across the street from Balboa park would mean we would use it. Over the 4 night stay we went to the park 4 times, 3 time to the slides and swings and 1 time to the public swimming pool. There were also tennis courts that we would’ve done if we had more time. In addition, there were a ton of fun restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood and anything you could possible need within a 5-10min drive. And Ariel was super helpful and responsive. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect location for a weekend in San Diego. The home was clean and comfortable. Major plus for having a garage in California. Host was helpful and responsive.

Wow! Where to start…. The place is just beautiful. The hosts were super thoughtful and already had the pack n play set up for us when we arrived. The location was so nice, right by the park. And in a short 2 min walk, a coffee shop with some food items!! It was great when we just needed a quick bite before leaving. I especially loved the directions for when it was time to leave- just lock up! No cleaning required. That was a lovely surprise! I just really loved the space. We all had ample room to spread out and relax. Everything was super comfy.

Charming Spanish revival home right across from Balboa Park and Balboa Park Tennis Club. Home is newly renovated in contemporary style. Perfect combination of comfort and relaxation. Neighborhood is prime North Park location with beautiful streets and great vibe. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Will look to stay again on my next visit to San Diego.

This was an incredible home and location for our family with two young children! The home is right across the street from a park and it was literally less than 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. The home was beautiful and very clean! It has everything we could have needed (including a pack n play, high chair, beach towels, washer and dryer, etc). Also, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay. North Park is a great neighborhood and the house was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, most things were only 5-10 minutes away. They were also very accomodating for our one year old with a pack n play and high chair at the house so we did not have to bring our own. We all agreed next time we come to San Diego, we will be staying here again!

Ariel’s house was perfect for our family stay, it was spacious and had great amenities. The house is gorgeous and is in a prime location right across from Balboa park. It is exactly as shown in the listing and the house is fully equipped and very relaxing. The house was spotless and communication with Ariel was very easy and they gave quick responses to any questions I had. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed here for a Bachelorette! The most beautiful area and neighborhood. Felt super safe and truly an amazing experience from top to bottom. Would happily stay here again next time I visit San Diego!

My family and I were in town for a wedding at Balboa Park and this was the perfect location for us. We were close to everything. We were able to walk to a great coffee shop nearby and great restaurants as well. Everything else was a quick Uber ride away. Highly recommend!

We loved this air bnb! Perfect location. We could walk to local restaurants or drive a short distance to practically anywhere in town! Super cute! We will stay here again next time we are in town.

The space worked perfectly for our needs. Our daughter loved the park across the street. The house had everything we needed. Walkable distance to a grocery store and a really cute coffee shop, and we even ventured on foot to the Zoo. Really enjoyed staying here with my family, would definitely stay again.

Ariel’s place was such a wonderful home to stay at! The location was conveniently located literally steps from Balboa Park and a less than 5 minute drive to the SD Zoo. Everything in the Airbnb was like the description and was so clean and well maintained. One suggestion I would make is to have darker curtains for the dining and living rooms since people walking by can still see inside. But other than that it was a wonderful stay, I would definitely return!

Really loved this place. Brand new. Location is amazing. They basically flipped the house ans it is really beautiful. Only a few things I would consider when sharing with other potential bnb-ers. It has a lot on big glass windows, gorgeous windows, but a little stressful for me with my 4 year old. The house is a little loud, and by that I mean echo-y. And the “cove bedroom” is quite exposed to the rest of the house. So anyone using the bathroom is loud enough to wake that person. Not much can be done about that. But good to know if its the right fit for you and your fellow travelers. But really a great location. Very clean and beautifully remodeled.

This was one of the most luxurious homes I've ever stayed in. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The zoo was literally a  two-minute drive away, and Balboa Park was right at our doorstep. The house itself is stunning, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
