She was a founding employee at two large hospitality startups in San Francisco and Los Angeles, where she helped build scalable operations while maintaining a strong focus on the guest experience. Ariel is highly experienced in hospitality technology and operational systems, with a keen understanding of how thoughtful processes and smart tools translate into seamless, five-star stays. At Coastline, she oversees day-to-day operations, guest experience strategy, and the systems that ensure consistency and excellence across every home. Based in San Diego, Ariel is passionate about sharing the local community with guests and creating stays that feel both personal and elevated. When she’s not working, she enjoys life as a mom, wife, and friend—and can often be found enjoying a great glass of wine and live music.
