We had a wonderful stay. The home felt very safe, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which allowed us the peace and comfort to truly focus and settle in. Communication was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. We’re grateful for the experience and would gladly stay again.

We stayed at this centrally located home in the Allied Gardens area of San Diego during our own home renovations. It was truly a home away from home! The yard is spacious, the home is clean and comfortable, and felt like a hotel with modern and stylish upgrades. Our dogs loved running around on the turf. Bedrooms face away from the street so it’s quiet, and a quick drive to freeways to get you anywhere. The host was incredibly responsive and the property is very well cared for. Thank you for an incredible stay!

My husband and I had to leave with our 4 year old daughter due to a water leak at our home. And I kept wishing they weren’t done fixing the home to say the least! I absolutely loved this home and Ariel was super kind with all of my questions! We will absolutely come back to this house in the future!!

Host was very responsive and friendly. Place felt just like home. Great space and private parking. Our family had a blast in the backyard. Lots of utensils and things to cook meals. We had a toddler and there was a highchair, plates, cups and spoons for her. She accommodated our requests. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely home with an amazing backyard. Our host was very hospitable and checked in to make sure we were settled. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make meals during our visit. We came with out pet who had a blast running around in the yard while we hung out around the fire pit!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Ariel’s place. It was centrally located to every place we needed to go in San Diego, with grocery stores, gas stations and banks nearby. I was near my niece who is at SDSU also. We had plenty of space in the home and it had everything it needed for our stay. I would recommend Ariel’s place and would indefinitely stay again!

Was a great stay! Any questions and requests were replied and taken care of, any concerns were addressed and handled! All around was a nice home to come back to at the end of the day!

Had a wonderful time at Ariel's place! We stayed here for a few days while work was being done on our own house. The space was super clean (big for us), nicely decorated, and overall very comfortable. Ariel was friendly and responsive, and made things easy for us during a chaotic time of our own. We loved the enclosed backyard and hanging out by the fire pit (table?) area too. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in this amazing home, the attention to detail was simply perfect, all our queries/requests were responded to very promptly, the host went out of her way to make sure there was no inconvenience. Their backyard was well maintained and there was ample parking space.

Ariel’s place was perfect for our week’s vacation in San Diego. Everything was as described and convenient to all forms of attractions, restaurants and shopping. Would happily book again!!

We had a nice stay. For the most part everything went well. A couple of minor issues, but they were resolved quickly after contacting renting agent.

My family with two kids and two dogs had a great stay in Ariel’s home. We had everything we needed and enjoyed relaxing inside and out in the backyard. The home was well stocked with kitchen, laundry, children and pet supplies. Location was great - near a park for the kids and dogs and close to a grocery store and restaurant options. The hosts were extremely responsive and checked in during our stay which was appreciated.

We loved staying at Ariel’s place. We cooked and bbq’d there and had all the cookware we needed. There are grocery stores a few minutes away if there is anything you are missing or need. We were lucky to hear music from the near by park having a little festival that was a 5 minute walk. Neighborhood feels nice and safe. The backyard is beautiful and enjoyed having breakfast every morning with my family out there.

Everything I read about this home before deciding to book it was spot on! It is exactly as the pictures and descriptions display, plus these Hosts have truly thought of everything! There wasn’t a single thing we needed during our stay that wasn’t available. From scissors to wrap gifts, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, to a completely stocked kitchen with all you need to cook and eat meals, including spices and containers to store leftovers. There were coffee pods and tea. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cups, bowls, etc, including toddler dishes. And we cannot say enough about how comfortable the beds were; every one of my adult children commented on how well they slept. A little note about the bunk beds: they are absolutely two double beds bunked! I have never seen that before, and our 2 sons were really excited to have actual full beds! We have shared this listing with several people already! Thank you so much, Ariel, for a fantastic family vacation! We loved your home!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and Ariel’s house was centrally located to our fields in a nice neighborhood not far from a Foster’s, which the kids enjoyed very much. It was stocked with things I appreciate-good coffee, tissues, cleaning supplies and laundry products, which surprisingly not all Airbnb’s provide. Not to mention the kitchen had everything you can think of down to a big crockpot. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of good quality towels. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

We had a great 4 night stay with our dogs! The standout feature of this place is the backyard (#1 priority, a must for our dogs) and a long gas fire pit table in the covered outdoor living space. Every morning we would spend time outside with our dogs before we go out. Every evening turn on the fire pit to take the chill out of the air and relax while our dogs play. There were no extra cleaning fees, pet fees, and not even a checkout list of things they wanted you to do before we leave (although we did cleanup as a courtesy). Great value. It's now on our favorite list and will be our go-to place for us and our dogs when visiting SD.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The place was very clean and organized. Perfect location for our toddler to run around and feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again when we return to San Diego in the future. 10/10 stay for sure!

This was a nice little retreat just a quick drive from all the activity of downtown SD. Well stocked and comfortable.

Ariel’s home was perfect for our family’s recent trip to San Diego. It had everything we could possibly need. The backyard was perfect for our kids and the fire pit was so relaxing for our evening wind downs.

We enjoyed our week at Ariel’s. It was the perfect location for us to visit with friends and family. The house was everything we wanted and more and was great for our family of 5. We hope to stay there again on our next trip back!

5 stars 10/10 This place was great—very clean and private! You can really tell the difference when someone actually takes care of their Airbnb rentals versus someone who doesn’t. This place was absolutely amazing, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The price was fair and reasonable. Our kids had a blast with water balloons and an Easter egg hunt. We even got them a slip and slide, and they had so much fun playing with the water! Parking was also a big plus—it's usually tough to find a spot for my van, but this driveway fit it perfectly. I truly felt at home here. It reminds me of how a great vacation spot should feel: comfortable, relaxing, and easy to enjoy. Thank you very much for hosting us. we look forward to coming back 🤩🥰

Very Cozy Home the backyard very Spacious And accommodating for my family.

I loved staying at this beautiful home. It had everything I needed and was recently renovated with brand new appliances and other amenities. There’s plenty of space indoors and in the backyard. Ariel was super responsive and helpful during our stay and I highly recommend this home.

One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in as a family. We did not have to reach out to the host for anything. We had Everything we needed. Beautiful decor and felt right at home. Very clean and comfortable. My husband was impressed with the coffee options as well. This host knows how to do an Airbnb. There were also no check out instructions except to lock the door when you leave. Very impressed. When in San Diego we will definitely consider staying here again.
