Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Mission Beach/Pacific Beach area! Good location to do just about everything there is to in San Diego, prime spot for beach and nightlife.

When they say the location is. A few steps away from the beach, they weren’t kidding ! Ideal for 1-2 people, this is a great spot in PB. There are a bunch of bars and eating joints at walking distance. The place was clean, well equipped and exactly what we needed. 5 stars all around !

We had a great stay! Great location, walkable to everything. Ariel was very accommodating when it came to checking in/out and communication was quick and frequent. Would recommend!

Amazing place to stay, we had trouble getting in but we were promotly helped. Parking is a bit difficult but nothing crazy. Loved the area and the bed was super comfy. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for the beach and to walk to Belmont park and other activities , seaworld was close by as well !! Only bad thing is parking

We had a great time staying here. Host was very responsive and flexible with check in. It was a pretty basic stay, but still had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. They also had extra towels for the beach and didn’t have strict cleaning/checkout rules which was a huge plus for a vacation. Great location as well, everything was very walkable.

Great location not far from the airport, and the apartment is just a few steps away from the beach. Apartment was cozy and perfect for two people. Parking was extremely difficult to find, so if you don’t need a car it’s probably best to use rideshare services. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Place was in a convenient location and price was right. Room was not in as good of condition as the photos portrayed. Host was very communicative, proactive, and friendly.

Great spot good value and great area !

This place is charming, clean, and in a fantastic location! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-speed internet made it easy to stay connected. We loved the unique location that allowed us to enjoy sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the ocean. Being just steps away from bike and paddleboard rentals, as well as great restaurants and coffee shops, made our stay terrific.

Place was a great stay!! Just enough space for my group of 3, and we loved the accessibility to the beach and boardwalk, it really made it easy to walk around mission beach or pacific beach. Lots of cafes and food around, and house was great inside, we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

This apartment was just what my sister and I needed for our long sister weekend!! The apartment is steps from the beachfront/ocean, and very close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants! It felt very safe and secure, and the gate/lock situation was very easy and convenient. Ariel (the host) was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay - start to finish. She was flexible with check in/check out times which was so appreciated! The host also provided towels and a beach blanket. The bed was comfy and linens felt clean and fresh! My only complaint was the shower is TINY. It's very hard to move without your body touching the walls or the curtain. But all the other good things about this place completely made up for that! :) Would highly recommend this apartment, and would definitely stay here again! Perfect location and wonderful host!

Perfect place to rest your head and explore mission beach!

Cozy apartment located in the heart of Mission Beach within walking distance to Pacific Beach. Very nice surroundings such as cafés and food spots. Great communication with the hosts and special thanks to Ariel who's been very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

Such a great place! Clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely come back.

Everything about my stay was great not easy to find at first but once you find the gate door to get into the property it was easy from that point on. it was just me I have no kids or family so it was perfect for me. I just needed a place to work during the day and place to sleep at night. the WiFi worked great and allowed me to get work done. the beach is right outside the apartment so I spent every morning there and watched every sunset. I will not only recommend i will be looking to stay again.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and baby. The location was great and communication with Ariel was perfect. It’s right near the beach, with several things to do and places to walk to nearby. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. Ariel was super responsive and even allowed for a late check out which really helped us! A few things to note, however: the apartment is quite dark and smelled musty. The bathroom and shower are very small. The bedroom is also a bit tight to move around in.

Ariel’s place was perfectly located for a quick beach getaway. She was consistently responsive and attentive to our needs. As others have mentioned, parking can be a bit tricky but no big deal. Overall a great stay, we would definitely visit again.

Ariel’s place was amazing!! Her space was super clean, super cute and seconds to the beach! I had a great steak/ shrimp scampi dinner at Moes, also steps away. I also brought my dog and it was super great to have a little gated patio area for him! I was enjoying myself so much I requested a late check out and she accommodated no problem. Great place to rest your head for a reset, would stay again ❤️

Great place to stay. Responsive host. Free parking. 30 second walk to the beach. I would encourage you to try to arrive during the day because at night it is very dark and can make the place a little hard to find. Other than that it was great.

Cozy place at a great location. As others mentioned, parking is a hassle, but can be overlooked. Good restaurants around the place, my son loved the beach so close to the place. Definitely recommend it.

This is a good fit for purpose place. It’s very clean, good bed, basic kitchen and everything just works. Great location and place for two people with simple needs, a place to sleep and be close to a beautiful location near the beach and the bay. Communication is very clear and responsive. And restaurants, coffee shops and a small grocery store is right there. Thank you 🙏🏼

This location was prime! It was my sister, my mom, and I who stayed at this property. It’s sooo close to the beach, which was incredible and exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance from multiple restaurants, breakfast and dinner spots. Lots of active people on the trail near the beach, so if you like to run, bike, or take a walk it’s amazing for that! The condo itself gave us everything we needed. I will say the only two points to mention: the shower is pretty small, it didn’t affect us but if a small shower makes you feel claustrophobic it’s something to consider. Next thing checking in, the number of the condo is not on the gate, so finding the condo was a little tricky at first. We basically winged it and put the gate code in on two different doors 😂 the second one worked!! And then we saw our actually condo number on the door, but it’s not visible from the street. Look for the metal gate and you’ll be golden! We ubered everywhere, so I have no feedback on parking.

Great stay

Great location, very comfortable mattress, and a full kitchen if you wanted to cook. It was extremely difficult to find parking- definitely won't bring a vehicle next time if I don't need to, but a great proximity to OB and PB! Simple but comfortable!

Great beach house to stay at. Very secure and has a nice private courtyard. Close to beach and great dining choices. Property was clean and tidy.

Great for the price! Very clean and excellent location. So close to the beach! Perfect for our little quick getaway just the two of us and our dogs.

Definitely will stay again!

Location is great and neighborhood is clean and safe. Area is very pet friendly with a nice grassy park just down the road towards the aquatic center! Perfect for people who are planning to go to the ocean or for people who are just planning to cruise around on land!

Great location. Parking wasn’t as terrible as I had imagined although the time of year/week may differ. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book this Airbnb again if I am in San Diego.

We loved our stay here at Ariel’s! The place was even more wonderful in person, perfect size for two adults. The home was so cozy and the beach being so close was so great for our morning walks. We love San Diego and hope to be back soon! Thank you for the amazing stay!

This was a great location, easy access to beach and right in the middle of everything. Thought it was a great value.

Great location!

The location is just amazing - few steps from the beach! The place is small & cozy, well equipped with new appliances, which made it feel comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that parking in the area can be difficult, specially during the day. Otherwise, a great stay overall!
