You will have the entire place to yourself. Each home is private, but you can access them easily to go back and forth. This place is perfect for extended family to share, friend groups, or anyone who wants the space and privacy of two separate homes, while still being very close to one another!
There is no driveway, but parking is plentiful on the street with no restrictions. This block only has homes on one side and the other side of the street backs up to a big grass lot, so there is always plenty of street parking.
