We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was very comfortable and truly had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the bed was comfortable, and the view—especially at sunset—was amazing. One thing we really appreciated was how kid-friendly the place was; there were so many toys for our toddler, which kept him busy the entire time. We had a few cloudy days and ended up spending more time at the house than planned, but it was perfect because our toddler was entertained and happy the whole time. We also loved having fires on the back patio every night. When we couldn’t find a lighter, the team brought one over very quickly so we could still enjoy a fire, which we really appreciated. Check out was probably the easiest part about this Airbnb which was very much appreciated considering most Airbnbs make you practically clean the whole house + spend a large amount on cleaning fee. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Ariel was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Check in and out instructions were very clear and easy. The house was beautiful, clean and felt like home! The backyard was amazing! Such an incredible view of the amazing San Diego sunsets! We had 2 small children and an infant with us and they had so much fun playing with the toys and running around the backyard and the adults were able to relax knowing that everything was child proofed. I will definitely be coming back to Ariel’s spot next time we visit San Diego and recommending it to family and friends!

The home had a beautiful view that photos just don’t do it any justice. The space was spacious for our group of 7 and although we had some hiccups where only 6 people’s worth of basic amenities were provided (towels and blankets), Ariel was able to quickly respond and help remediate the issues and all was well. Otherwise, the house was well equipped with everything we needed and was conveniently located near the highway to easily get downtown. Also really appreciated that we didn’t have to worry about anything in terms of checking out, just needed to pack our bags and lock the doors!

We had a fantastic time! The views and outside space and hot tub are amazing. Everything inside was beautiful and clean, and they had everything we needed. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Wow, incredible and beautiful space with very helpful and accommodating hosts. My partner and I had the best time and were blown away with the home. We especially loved the backyard with the tub and sauna. Checkout was also so easy and we appreciated the hosts valuing our time. We want to come back!!

All though this wasn’t our home it felt like home, that was a big deal for our little ones. From food prep, meal time, play time in the back yard, bath time and bed time this home fit our needs. The views were breathtaking and the sunset amazing made us wish the sun would stay up just a bit longer.

Ariel’s air BnB was absolutely amazing! We had a blast staying there! It was in a great location. Very close to activities as well as easy to get to. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to travel to San Diego that doesn’t need to be downtown and would like to have a peaceful space to stay in!

This stay was magnificent! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Not to mention the view is phenomenal! Perfect for bringing my 1.5 year old, there were so many kids toys, indoor and outdoor to keep him busy and happy. there were even kid friendly bowls, plates and sippy cups! My dad and nephew loved the ping pong table and my mom, fiancé and I loved relaxing in the backyard with thar immaculate view. We were only 20 mins outside of San Diego so it was great to be in the suburbs, but not too dark from the city where all of our activities were planned. We all wish we never had to leave!

This place was truly a home away from home for our family! It had everything we needed — from appliances and utensils to plenty of family games for everyone to enjoy. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, and even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The views were beautiful, and the house was so spacious and comfortable — perfect for spending quality time together. We spent most of our evenings around the fire in the backyard, laughing, talking, and soaking it all in. There was so much to do — we made use of the ping pong table, projector, and all the games, and the backyard space was amazing. It made our birthday celebration one for the books! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

The home in Chula Vista is a great place to stay and relax after a day out sightseeing. We enjoyed the amazing views and all the amenities. Definitely would recommend

Me and my wife booked this place for over a week, and it wasn’t even close to long enough! We had a great time and enjoyed the place so much. The sunsets there were beautiful, and the bed was so comfy. It was within about 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do, but was also a great place to just hang out and relax and enjoy the view. It was sad morning to have to pack up and leave, but we have both agreed that we will be making a trip back to stay here again as soon as we can!

This home was beautiful! We stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. The views from the back yard were amazing. The hot tub was very clean and so relaxing. The location was perfect with plenty of food options around the area. Having a driveway for parking was a plus also! The house itself was very clean. The host was very polite, responsive and extremely helpful from an early check in to refilling propane tanks to even mailing my Apple Watch that was left behind! We are so thankful for the hospitality and great stay. I would definitely book again!

We had an excellent stay! The place was perfect for our families. We never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of room and comfy places to relax. We definitely recommend this place and intend to stay there again sometime in the future.

We loved staying here. The host was very accommodating, answered super quickly if we had a question and we were able to check in a little earlier than the schedule check in. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, especially during sunset. The sunset view was breathtaking. The house actually looked like it does in the advertisement, which we’ve found isn’t always true. The house was clean, spacious, the beds were super comfy, and the house had everything that we needed during our stay. It’s super close to the beach and you can even see the beach, from a distance, from the backyard. The house is conveniently located right off the interstate and has several restaurants and stores nearby. We loved this property and hope to come back again!

From beginning to end, Ariel and Beau made our stay extremely easy. Incredible amenities… they really thought about catering to all. If I were to come back to town I would definitely stay again! To all - you will have no regrets booking a stay here.

My wife and I where actually having a staycatiom getaway from our kids. The place has amazing amenities. It was nice to have workout equipment while visiting, the hot tube with view was great to have, and the house was very cozy. It is a great place for families with a large backyard, activities outside and inside. Ariel is quick to respond with answere to any question. The house is close to everything, nearby mall and groceries, and 20 min drive for San Diego Zoo and Sea World. Overall it was a great getaway spot.

Relaxing, well maintained and supplied

What a perfect home base for a family with kids! We especially enjoyed nightly dinners on the lovely patio while 3 little cousins happily scampered around the backyard. We appreciated all of the family-friendly touches--from the changing table/pad to high chairs, to play things in the yard that our kids loved. The location was perfect for our plans and check-in was easy and smooth. Thanks so much Ariel for sharing your wonderful home with us - we hope to come back soon!

we had such a wonderful stay at this property. it was exactly as described & it was very kid friendly which we loved. we had a slight issue with the grill outside, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay & would love to stay again someday. ariel was very responsive throughout our trip & i appreciated that.

Stayed here for a family getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Easy parking, nice neighborhood, and a beautiful home. We loved the toys offered for our toddler. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing as well. Definitely would love to come back again

Stayed at this AirBnB for my friends bachelorette weekend and we are so happy that we did! Ariel was always very kind, provided excellent recommendations, and check-out instructions were so easy that we didn’t feel stressed about having to do so many extra things, however, our group still cleaned up. Location was great because we were at the most 25 minutes away from all of the best spots! Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Awesome house, the best view in town.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The backyard space was great and exactly as pictured. Good space for our dog and my wife and I both got some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while. We definitely recommend and look forward to staying again

Very well maintained property with loads of thoughtful and meticulous conveniences. new and newish stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. bathrooms with quality toilets and shower fixtures. beautiful panoramic view of mission bay, ocean and coronado bridge. well functioning quiet HVAC units customizable for each room. indoor stocked w most conceivable items incl laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing soap w new sponge, dishwasher pod, hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hotel quality towels. kcup and regular coffee machines w coffee supplied. outdoor with play area for young children, wood sauna, bbq, propane fire pit, patio table w umbrella and rooftop viewing area. kids loved the joola pingpong table w matching paddles and balls. thoughtful child safety addons for door knobs and kitchen cabinets. would love to return if in the area again and house available.

Amazing stay! We had little ones and asked if we could check in early and we were able to quickly communicate and set something up! Super responsive and the views were great!! Lots to do for our little ones as well as for us! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future!

Great location. We had a variety of commitments in surrounding areas and this place was a beautiful oasis well located. House is comfortable, well decorated and has loads of amenities, a work station, great movie watching spot, hot tub, outdoor games, indoor games, two patios with killer views for socializing, ping pong and gym equipment, and was pet friendly. Loved staying here and would return!!! Perfect for large groups and especially with children. Quick response times on any communication and the place had everyone you need plus a while lot that made our stay so wonderful.

We had a great time celebrating our one year-old‘s birthday, beautiful views from this home and close to many places. If you have little ones I recommend this place as they had a high chair and many toys to keep kids entertained. Beds were also very comfortable and everything needed to cooking and entertaining. Lots of board games… too many things to list.
