Ariel was a great host! She’s responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The place was as described and easy to check in/out. The bed + duvet were very comfy and I loved the funky green mirror. Front yard was spacious and private. We mostly got the Airbnb for this reason, since we were traveling with a dog. Parking was easy to navigate. Overall had an amazing weekend in SD and we felt comfortable coming back to a clean place after our busy, event-filled days. Thanks for a great time!

Nice place to stay.

Definitely recommend. Location was perfect. A minute to the freeway. Maybe 5 to downtown. Fully fenced yard for dogs. King bed wasn’t bad but not the most comfortable to me I prefer more stiff beds. Overall for the price you’re getting a great place to stay.

My employees had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. This spot is actually a gem. Perfect location with tons of great places to eat and things to do nearby. The house is very cozy and the decor is cute! Felt very secure in the neighborhood. My kids enjoyed the yard and the hammock a lot. Instructions from host were very clear so we didn't need a thing. Loved the stay. Thanks again!

We stayed 5 nights at the rental and Saturday night there is party right next to the house which started at 9:30 am and last to late mid night. We have two elderly and two small kids. No one can sleep. We contacted the hosts and Airbnb. They can not resolve the issue and we feel unsafe to direct communicate with the people partying. Airbnb agent instructed us to book rooms at nearby hotels and the agent told us we will be reimbursed. After we booked two rooms at hotel and send the receipt to Airbnb. The support team told us they will only reimburse us part of our cost about $300. However, our last minutes hotel booking cost us more than $800. I have never imaging Airbnb can work with their users in such a way. What an experience with booking at Airbnb and terrible service experience by the customer service team. Well done!

The stay was super nice, the house is really nice from inside and outside . The host is pretty good and helpful with any requirements from the guest is looked into.

This is a nice place, with good access to Downtown San Diego and Balboa Park. We appreciated the fact that we could bring our older dog with us. The apt is exactly what it looks like in the photos: cute and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. We did have some problems getting in the front as the keypad was not working, but were able to get in through the back. The neighborhood is a bit rougher than I thought it would be. At 1:30 am our first night we were woken up by an ear-splitting, thumping, rave next door. The hosts said they couldn't do anything about it (this place is clearly not someone's actual home, but was bought and fixed up especially for the airbnb market--I had hoped that they might know the neighbors and so would call them directly, but it is clear that the management company does not have that kind of presence in the nieghborhood). I ended up calling the police about the disturbance because I did not feel safe going over there myself and knocking on the door.

Very warm place

It was a great stay for my family and I. This house is so cute and comfortable and it fit six of us comfortably plus our dog. ariel was a responsive host and the outdoor area was sooo cute. Check in and out instructions very easy too. Would stay here again.

The place was good. The locality was close to a downtown. But the neighborhood itself was not bad. I found the house a tad bit small compared to the description especially given that it would fit 8 people.

Thank you Ariel for accommodating us. My kids loved the backyard! And the inside of the home was clean and super chic. Thank you for being so kind and helping us with all e detailed info of getting in and out. It was all clear. The back parking was very nice and spacious! We give it a 10/10. Next time we will bring bug spray just cuz we got some mosquito bites from outside but aside from that it was so much fun! Thank you.

Nice cozy place

10/10! Would definitely stay here again. Everything was so close by, we weren’t driving/ubering more than 10 min. The house is so cozy and comfortable, it has everything that you need. The patio is so cozy, it has patio furniture and a fire pit. The host was so sweet and welcoming! Def recommend this place.

This is one of our favorite Airbnb! Very kid friendly! There was a high chair, pack and play, kids plates and cups! Extremely thought out design and impeccable cleanliness!. Easy to check in. Great parking! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Ariel’s place delivers more than what was described. On top of what you see on the photos, this place was well stocked with everything you need. Kitchen had all pots and pans and the little things you need to bring your groceries and cook full meals. Laundry has great quality machines and detergent. Living area has chess and Jenga games that our kids enjoyed throughout our stay. Outdoor area is so inviting that our three boys 8-3 loved it and didn’t want to come inside. Our oldest was on the hammock and the younger two played on the sand. Beds are very comfy with extra pillows and beddings. This cosy home was enjoyed well by our family of five and we’d definitely stay here again if in the area.

The house was so cute and cozy! The home looked exactly like the pictures. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, but it has all the things if you would prefer to cook. Major plus, they had baby utensils and a highchair! I absolutely LOVED the security of the home, a couple locked gates to go through before coming to the door to get inside. I loved this because it made me feel safe! The beds were very comfortable! Outside area was super cute and nice to have, we lounged on the chairs for a little bit and soaked up the San Diego sun! Close to Downtown (maybe 20-25 minutes) We had a small problem with the AC (user error😂) and Ariel was quick to respond and help me fix it! Check out was easy, we were able to leave things as is with little clean up. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our small family and about a 15 minute drive from Coronado beach and Belmont Park! Ariel was an attentive and accommodating host that was so helpful when we asked for anything.

I took my family on a little vacation and everyone so happy to have their own beds. The space was very relaxing and had everything we needed.

This listing was perfect for our family vacation in San Diego. Location was great! Within 10-15 mins of everything! The Zoo, the coast, Coronado Island, downtown. The house had a fire pit, grill and outside seating area which was nice for dinner in and evenings sitting around the fire. The kitchen is fully stocked! Bonus was having w/d as well! Ariel suggested multiple restaurants for our family and we enjoyed them! Would recommend!
